Review content:
Found that replacement was best case scenario given the special needs for warm and hot water in our family. Found the old unit so calcified that awaiting time for a warranty repair on the buring unit (gas water heater) would not have been in our best interests. (Only had 10 days remaining on unit warranty.) Even after in replacing the buring unit the system may not have functioned correctly or well anyway. Christian tech (Jeff) gave us several viaable options. Was able to immeidately implement and effect the purchase option chosen. Also found that the fee charged (subsequently waived) for an inspection and house call was much more reasonable then some other contractors I had contacted, including the former installer of the old unit. Very satisfied with Christian Brothers. Thanks.
