Let me start off by saying Dennis is a great technician, he really knows what he is doing. Re-piping whole house I think is a major project. First day we had three people show up and went smoothly, but it was the only day more than one person was available to work. It really slowed things down. We had to empty master bdrm. closet every morning and rehang everything at night for four nights. the clothes and boxes in guest bedroom were just thrown on the bed any which way, Items in guest linen closet were just moved to the side which meant they collected drywall dust and had to be washed. talk about red carpet service we feel there wasn't any shown us with lack of help. When I would call the office there last line was "how can we make your day better" well how about getting a full crew or another qualified person to make the job go faster. The above are my comments. the following are my Wife's comments. Care was taken when removing items from master bathroom linen closet. workers forgot for got about that when working in guest bathroom and bedroom closets, items there were again either thrown on bed or shoved to the side so they collected drywall dust on them and have to be rewashed. Lenny the drywall person was great he laid tarps down before work was done and vacuumed after they were done. Prompt, courteous service. Good explanation of problem. Good explanation of solution. A bit expensive but for my repair true OEM parts were used. In my opinion, OEM parts are generally more reliable and longer lasting so the extra expense may prove to be worth it. more

The technicians clearly explained the problems with my water heater, the increased water pressure and the possibility that damage could occur because of this. Both technicians walked me through the proposed work needed to correct the problems. They offered three different price options for the work depending upon what I could afford and safety issues in terms of what had to be done immediately. They were very polite and friendly. I did not feel pressured into choosing any one option. I felt they were honest and clear in their assessment of the problems and took their recommendation to purchase a new water heater and have a regulator attached to ensure the pressure was correct. more

I was very pleased with service from Christian Brothers in replacing circuit breakers which were very old and in need of rejuvenation. My technician was very efficient and gave me up front costs which I appreciated. He came prepared with lights as it was dark outside and was able to complete the job that night. Two separate crews came out to handle inspection items in a real estate transaction. They evaluated each item, gave my seller options and estimates, performed the work promptly, and made the process go smoothly for me (the listing agent) and for my home seller. Eric in plumbing and Mikey in electrical were great to work with and I highly recommend them and the company. more

After the fact both my son and I agreed that charging $850 for an easy install water pressure limiting (1 and and a half hours) was over the top for this job. Add the fear factor that my pipes may fail if the work is not performed quickly and what is a 78 year old senior to do? Not a good experience.
