Let me start off by saying Dennis is a great technician, he really knows what he is doing. Re-piping whole house I think is a major project. First day we had three people show up and went smoothly, but it was the only day more than one person was available to work. It really slowed things down. We had to empty master bdrm. closet every morning and rehang everything at night for four nights. the clothes and boxes in guest bedroom were just thrown on the bed any which way, Items in guest linen closet were just moved to the side which meant they collected drywall dust and had to be washed. talk about red carpet service we feel there wasn't any shown us with lack of help. When I would call the office there last line was "how can we make your day better" well how about getting a full crew or another qualified person to make the job go faster. The above are my comments. the following are my Wife's comments. Care was taken when removing items from master bathroom linen closet. workers forgot for got about that when working in guest bathroom and bedroom closets, items there were again either thrown on bed or shoved to the side so they collected drywall dust on them and have to be rewashed. Lenny the drywall person was great he laid tarps down before work was done and vacuumed after they were done.
