Needs to work on follow through and not have the customer call multiple times for services. Communication between each team member is not very good, especially when different team members come out. I am torn because once the technician came out we were very satisfied. Still don't feel that good about purchasing a complete system even though the prior system was not quite 4 yrs old. Need to work on not pushing for a new system right off the bat. I am still waiting to see a reduction in the electric bills which I have not seen so the verdict is still out. I will continue to use them because I am too far involved at this point but in all honesty I don't think I can recommend at this time. I am almost there but I will wait and see how the follow on services continue. I think that their initial intake person, a female was an absolute gem and really did believe in servicing the customer. I am truly thankful for her assistance in trying to solve our issues over a three month period.
