Very professional 4/30/2015

This is the second time Earl has serviced our A/C unit and he was very thorough checking out all system operating features and explaining those which could be a future problem because of its age. Definitely hope he does our fall heat checkup. more

Overall a terrible experience. 4/30/2015

Your technician, William, was rude, arrogant and condescending from the moment he walked in our door. He treated us like we were idiots because we did not know as much about air conditioners as he did. He pressured us to buy a lot of different additions to our system and was very critical of our reluctance to do so. He then tried to convince us to purchase an extended service contract, implying he could adjust the prices of the additional items if we did so. This seemed to us like the worst kind of sales pressure. We have had very mixed results with the service we have had from Alaskan but as a result of this latest terrible experience we have decided to let our current service contract run out and we will NOT be purchasing our next AC system from you. more

William F.worked hard to get our 3 AC's in tip top condition for the summer 4/29/2015

William F. is truly a professional technician, the best I have seen over the years. He installed our new Lenox AC's last year and came back today to provide the maintenance required under our agreement. He also repaired a Freon leak in one of the AC lines. I could not ask for better service nor a more professional, caring individual. Alaskan Air should be more than thankful to have such an individual as William on your staff. I know I am. more

Good service promptly 4/28/2015

Earl Diaz was my tech in charge of my service call very respectful clean shoe's uniform. Etc, he did check unit very promptly. Detailed found good and bad parts , check the a handlers in attic, before I had srp, recommended tec service $@!#% didn't check the units in attic. Very good service and very affordable for the amount of job and diagnosis they do for their fee.. very good fee. more

Have used for 20+ years 4/27/2015

My mother first found Alaskan and she and many of her neighbors in Scottsdale replaced their AC units. I then used them to replace my AC in Chandler and many of my neighbors did the same. I have recommended this company to friends and family for years. After moving to another area in Chandler we found we needed to replace the AC unit and once again contacted Alaskan. We have our unit serviced twice a year. William (technician) is fantastic and always takes great care of us. I will continue to recommend Alaskan...great company! more

Jerry Towner was very good. He knew what he was talking about and took his time to good through my a/c unit. He was also training a gentlemen and they were both very courteous. He called ahead and told me when they would be by and he was exactly on time. more

Perfect 4/17/2015

Our service tech Mark was very polite & helpful. He showed us a piece of equipment that could be put on the unit to help with the dust & particulates getting in the house. My husband & I are discussing it & if we decide to do it , we will call Mark. He is a great young man & a real asset for your company!!!! We hope to have him as our service tech for many years to come!!!!! more

A/C check up 4/12/2015

Tech called to say he was ahead of schedule & could he come early. First time I've had a service where I got a copy of all equipment readings. Very pleased with service Travis provided & would recommend. more
