Your technician, William, was rude, arrogant and condescending from the moment he walked in our door. He treated us like we were idiots because we did not know as much about air conditioners as he did. He pressured us to buy a lot of different additions to our system and was very critical of our reluctance to do so. He then tried to convince us to purchase an extended service contract, implying he could adjust the prices of the additional items if we did so. This seemed to us like the worst kind of sales pressure. We have had very mixed results with the service we have had from Alaskan but as a result of this latest terrible experience we have decided to let our current service contract run out and we will NOT be purchasing our next AC system from you.
