Good Service, Would Recommend 7/8/2015

The technician, Michael, was very professional and polite. Even though our AC unit is several years old, he told us it was basically in good shape. He recommended adding some lubricant to the system to help prolong its life. I felt like he was making a good recommendation, not just trying to sell us something. We will definitely call Alaskan for our AC needs in the future. more

Both technicians who came out were wonerful! 7/5/2015

You're receipts need to have the name and phone number on it. I had a difficult time recontacting you as I had deleted emails. I had to go through Home Depot. All the phone transfers and numbers I had to call to finally talk to someone was horrible. more

Call was very effective. Arrived earlier than expected which was a plus. Clean up thorough and efficient. Techs did a nice job and identified potential issues without being pushy about them. more

We purchased the air conditioner in 2010 and at that time we also purchased a maintenance agreement. In the previous visits for maintenance, the person was more interested in selling things I did not need including cleaning of ducts, (they had been cleaned at the time of installation of the AC), etc., The visit this week was very pleasant. more

Communicated well 6/22/2015

Alaskan Home Services had to come out to the house about 9 different times. First the machine didn't work and I lost a buyer over that. Then they sent a guy out by himself to replace it and the thing fell of the roof because he was by himself. They had to come out again. It was very trying for me. They have great customer service and do everything they can do get it done the first time. They told me every time something was going on and it made it easier for me. more

Very satisfactory experience 5/18/2015

This is our 8th year with the 2 /yearly inspection program and our third dual heat pump unit. We actually purchased one from you folks the others we inherited by moving. We found Travis to be very helpful and knowledgeable. And we did not for once feel pressured to do something(which has sometimes happened in the past). I am glad I did not hear about the $250.00 addative again. I am glad he did not over sell us but gave us good advice with our new unit. more
