My hot water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I called Ace Plumbing to see if they could come and turn off the water heater. It so happened they said they could install a new one, if that was what I wanted them to do. I said, "Oh boy, would I!" The first thing I really like about Ace is that when they say they will call you back within a certain time frame, they really will. Secondly, the fellow they sent out was just wonderful and did an excellent job. I appreciated that very much. He also put in fire detectors and such to make sure my house was up to code. He got most of the water out of the garage so it wasn't Niagara Falls! If Ace Plumbing ever needs a reference, I will gladly provide it. The company and the man who came out were fantastic. more

Top quality work at fair prices! 1/17/2014

I called Ace Plumbing because I needed a sewer outlet installed from the house to the street. I didn't have one, so I was backed up here. They put one in for me, and it turned out perfect. I had absolutely no problems at all! Everything was ideal to the point that Ace is going to be my plumbing and air conditioning business from now on. I originally called another outfit first. They said they would get back to me, so I called Ace instead. Ace sent someone out right away, and I never heard back from the other company. Ace is my company now! The best part of the experience was the two guys who did the work. They made me well aware of what was happening and why. They justified everything, so I was satisfied with the prices I was charged. I would highly recommend Ace, and I would then recommend that you ask for Zach. He's the young man who is doing the work here. He's very good with customers. He helps you understand the "what" and "why." He has taken the time to explain everything to me, so I feel that I got a good bargain. After Zach did the original work for me, I had him check my other line. He showed me what was in the line, and it was terrible! Terrible! He suggested it should be flushed out, so he's back doing that work now. That's how I impressed I am with the company and the young man doing the work! more

A satisfied customer! 1/7/2014

I'm a repeat customer of Ace Plumbing. I've had them come out three or four times. They're always provide prompt, friendly service. The service techs have been professional and polite in their work. Most recently they came for a stopped up toilet. The time before that they came to fix a water line, and before that they worked on a leaky supply line on my hot water heater. They have always been very professional and polite. I'm very happy with them, and I would highly recommend them! more

I had used Ace Plumbing once before on a small project in the kitchen, so this was the second time I called them out. They replaced the hot water heater. The person who did the job was very friendly and did great work. There weren't any issues. more

I called Ace Plumbing due to a leak under the kitchen sink. I was referred to Zach by the HOA because I knew he was familiar with my condo association. Zach returned my phone call right away and was able to take care of my plumbing issues within minutes. more

Dennis knew reality and fought for us. He saved us thousands of dollars. 12/3/2013

I had a very positive experience with Dennis from Ace Plumbing. I told the secretary that this employee went well beyond what I've ever had a contractor do to help us out. We were replacing a heating and air conditioning unit, and the designers required two ventilation units. Dennis knew only one would do it. He knew it would provide a sufficient amount of air that would meet the requirements. more

I thought ace plumbing was professional 12/3/2013

I called the company told them i had a leak but i cant locate it. Its not on ground and there are no water puddles around. The guy tom came in charged me 70 dollars told me " i cant see any leaks on ground you have to get a sonic under ground leak check thats 200 per hour" i dont mind paying for the sonic leak test but what exactly did i pay 70 dollars for. They might be great house plumbers but not great for businesses. Plus when i asked him what exactly am i paying for? He got angry and started talking loudly. So much for being professional. more

Great Service 11/28/2013

I called for service on my kitchen sink, and Zack arrived not even 45 minutes later. Impressive! It took a little detective work to find the problem, but he diagnosed the problem and solved it in a timely and professional manner. Thank you Ace Plumbing and Zack! more

After several bogus inspections from places like Bell bros and a few other places claiming repairs in excess of $800 or a new unit all together, Dennis came in and diagnosed the problem that was less than $200. Kitchen faucet repair 11/4/2013

My kitchen faucet needed to be repaired, requiring a new cartridge, and ACE wasn't the first plumbing company I called, but I WISH IT HAD BEEN. Zack, the plumber from ACE Plumbing was very competent, efficient, neat, and courteous. The day before, I'd set up appointments with two companies. The first "plumber" that came gave me incorrect information about my options, telling me I needed a new faucet because mine couldn't be repaired, this without spending much effort looking at it at all, seeming to lack experience. He wasn't able to give me an estimate for the work because he didn't know how long it would take him to take out the old one and put in the new one, once I'd bought it. He said he might "run into problems." Although I felt somewhat uneasy about this information, I made a next day appointment with him for the install and went out to Lowe's to buy a new faucet. The second company I'd contacted for an estimate had never called back and I was anxious to be able to use my kitchen sink again. Later that evening, the uncomfortable feeling that something wasn't quite right began to grow, so I called the first company back and asked about the lack of an estimate as their ad had promised a free estimate. I got a call back and was told that the estimate would be for 2 hrs @ $145 per hr or $290, although it could take a little less time. I ended up canceling my next day appointment with them, thinking I'd just start over with it all the next morning. The next morning I called ACE, number three, and a fourth company, which called me back to postpone their appointment to another day as my job wasn't a priority, although it was to me. So, I'm glad it was ACE that showed up on time, the right plumber who had lots of experience and the right information, who did the job quickly and efficiently, and charged an amount that I considered very fair for his careful work. Zack also shared with me lots of general plumbing information/tips that I may be able to use in the future as he was working on my faucet. In the future, I will just call ACE. Terrific service! 10/29/2013

We just had our heater fixed by Ace Plumbing. The serviceman who came out was great. He got up there, did his job, and was out in no time at all. We were very grateful to have the heat back on. We would recommend or hire him again in an instant. more

Overpriced garbage disposal 10/23/2013

I had water pooling under my sink and called Ace plumbing and we're prompt .The plumber found the garbage disposal was the problem. He advised me he had a new one in his truck and a replacement would cost 495.00$. I was shocked and said I would replace it myself.Went to Lowes and replaced for 84.00$ minus military discount. Talk about ripoff!!! more

Excellent experience and fair prices 10/16/2013

Our toilets were backed up and Scott from Ace had to go outside through the sewer system and use a snake to clean it up and figure out the problem. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Took the job, got out here quickly like they promised. 10/3/2013

I've used Ace Plumbing way in the past, but quite honestly can't remember exactly what services they did. We've been lucky because we don't have that many plumbing projects in our own home. Today, however, the project was for an older home that we have as a rental. It's a candidate for needing plumbing work, due to its age. Ace Plumbing was very available and took quick action. What I needed was a quick response. My tenant contacted me in the morning with a problem that couldn't wait. Ace gave us a time between 10:00 and 12:00, and they were there by about 10:30. They did an incredible service. more

We are in negotiations to purchase a house that has a drainage problem in its AC system. Bill, our Ace Plumbing technician, got up into the attic, crawled over obstacles, and worked really hard to find the problem. He also found a good solution, so we will be calling Ace back to do the work as soon as possible! more

Very pleased 9/17/2013

We had a kitchen sink that was plugged up and we couldn't get it unplugged so we called Ace Plumbing and they came out within two hours. They installed a larger system because the one we had was too small and they also cleaned out the duct outside the house. Everything turned out just fine. R. W. Matthews more

I can't tell you how thrilled I am. 9/3/2013

I used Ace Plumbing when the upstairs shower was dripping badly. It was a Moen single-lever kind of faucet control thingy (that's a technical term). Evidently, there's a cartridge that Moen designed that wears out. I actually had the thing replaced by another company a couple years ago, but the same problem happened again. The upstairs never had great water pressure, either, and I had to wait ages for hot water even though it was right near the hot water tank. I don't know exactly what the guy from Ace did, but he did replace the cartridge and now the shower is performing better than it has in the 12 years we've been in this house! The water pressure is great, it heats up right away, and I'm so happy with it and the service done. more

Very positive experience 8/30/2013

We've asked for Tony from Ace Plumbing several times because he's always done an excellent job. He's really honest and seems to care about his customers. We've asked for him each time we've called. He's hard working, did a great job this most recent time and you really feel like he's looking out for the best interests of his customer and of the company. I was also extremely happy with this most recent visit. The crew he had with him was outstanding. more

Ace Plumbing made my day (twice)! Class act. 8/26/2013

I dealt with Ace Plumbing in two different events. One was for my air conditioner, which happened a while back. They came in and couldn't figure it out, so they researched and really dug into trying to find the problem. They even went to the manufacturer. It took about three days of back and forth, but they did find out what was wrong with help from the manufacturer. Then the manufacturer kind of gave them some bad advice. I called them back a few months later because the AC was making loud noises. They came back and checked it out, immediately found the problem, and fixed it. That was, in my opinion, a class act. Then I had several plumbing issues. I moved into my house new in 2006, but the builder did a variety of things wrong. I had Ace Plumbing come out, and he went through and just fixed everything. He replaced a few things and even found issues I didn't see or notice! more

Very accommodating plumbing service. 8/14/2013

We've used Ace Plumbing several times before. The main reason for this is that they are able to respond to us quickly. In fact, most recently, I called a different plumber before them for an urgent job. He couldn't get to me until the next day, while Ace was able to squeeze me in for that afternoon. more
