Sewer Blockage 8/8/2013

We had a sewer blockage. Ace Plumbing sent out a plumber by the name of Jesse. Jesse was very professional and courteous. He worked over 3 hours to correct the problem. He kept us advised as to what was happening and his progress. He told us ways to avoid the problem in the future. His helper, Mike , was also very hard working and professional. We will call Ace again if we ever have another problem. more

Ace Plumbing came to service our sink. Mike was a very nice guy, working very quickly for us. When he got here, the sink was clogged. When he left, it wasn't! Perfect. more

Cost me an additional call out with another company 6/20/2013

Laird knocked the concert plug into the pipe. He left knowing most of it was still there. Two days later everything backed up again. When called another plumber came out but when he discovered what the problem was he called his boss who said Laird would have to deal with it. I had to wait an additional day for him. Less than a month later everything backed up again. I called another company who spent 3 hours working on getting the other half of the plug out of the pipe. An additional cost of over $400.00 to me. more

Very kind and polite. Took care of the problem and got us back with our AC. 6/11/2013

I called them up because we were having a problem with our air conditioner and it was a really hot day. They came out in a short period of time, checked our AC upstairs, and found out it was a problem with the thermostat. They replaced it and got us going in a short period if time. The man, Ram, was very polite. He explained everything he was doing as he was here, and what needed to be done. more

Ben Poole is professional, efficient and very experienced 5/15/2013

Mr. Poole arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed why our sprinkler system was malfunctioning and proceeded to fix the problem. Because the problem required more time and materials, I scheduled another appointment and requested that Ben do the work. We have used ACE Plumbing a number of times and have always been very pleased with how knowledgeable and professional each of the plumbers have been and their work has been excellent. Mr. Poole exemplifies the high quality of plumbers and outcomes we have come to expect from ACE. The schedulers were also very helpful and efficient. Highest recommendation. more

Excellent knowledge and customer service 5/13/2013

My A/C went out. I called Ace and within 45 minutes they were there. 5 minutes after that, Dennis knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed the issue, cleaned the air conditioner, and even replaced the filer in my house! Truly one of the better experiences I've had when something needed fixed in my house. more

I've been with Ace Plumbing for a number of years. They do my annual heater and AC check-up in the fall and summer. They are prompt, professional, and clean up after themselves. They do excellent work. more

Came quickly for my overflowing toilets 4/10/2013

My daughter and I use Ace Plumbing all the time. They do a good job, so we will continue using them. Most recently, they fixed both of my overflowing toilets. They came quickly for my plumbing emergency and were also out of my house quickly. An easy fix and good diagnostic training. more

Great experience yet again with Ace Plumbing. 3/15/2013

I had a broken pipe. I spent all morning trying to fix it and eventually I gave up. I hate to call a plumber, but I've used Ace Plumbing in the past and they did a great job at a decent price. They came and said they would have to dig to fix the problem. They found out that my house's plumbing had a combination of PVC and galvanized pipes. I asked how long it would take, and they said not long. They ended up taking care of everything in about 15 minutes. The total cost was $113, and I was very, very happy because plumbing can be expensive. They did it quickly, they knew what they were doing, and they fixed the problem very fast. more

Great job, showed up quickly 2/13/2013

Ace Plumbing did a great job, and did so quickly. They came out about an hour after we called them, they cleaned our plumbing that was backed-up and they tried four or five times until all the blockage was cleared. They saved me money by putting in extra time to break up the blockage so we wouldn't have to use a more expensive procedure later on. more

Very professional, clean, and pleasant 2/8/2013

I contacted Ace Plumbing yesterday with a heating problem and within ten minutes, Dennis was out here. Within five minutes of arriving, he had the problem fixed. Then, this morning, I had a stocked up sewer. I called Ace at 8:30 in the morning and Brett was out here just after 9. By 9:30 in the morning, he had the sewer line running well. more

On Time! Professional! All-Around-Best Plumbing Experience! 2/7/2013

I want to write a review on Ace Plumbing. As plumbing helped me and my old, moldy, and leaky home, I found them to take a not so happy experience--to a wonderful one. All of the crew that came to my home were always on time, professional, and very experienced. I rank them not five stars, but as many as you can count. I am grateful that there is still professional operations that treat you like a real person. Ace Plumbing talked me through every decision that had to be made--as well as educating me. Very accommodating 2/4/2013

Originally, I was not very happy with the first visit from Ace Plumbing. I called them and expressed my concern. The manager was very accommodating. He sent out someone else who was more than efficient. I appreciated that they were willing to do that for me. They also made some recommendations that I am thinking about. more

All around excellent and prompt service throughout, reasonably priced. 1/29/2013

We had a trench-less residential sewer line, and water service installed to replace our 82 year old, failing systems. Ace provided a very reasonable bid for each of these jobs, combining them into one major operation and assigned an excellent staff to do the work. Jesse Reyes, the Forman, knows his business well and communicated with me every step of the way, providing complete explanations while he oversaw all aspects of the work, which was a bit complicated in our well-established back lawn. His crew, primarily of Jose and AJ, worked diligently and responded with courtesy to our questions and requests. Jesse's relationship with the city's 311 workers and inspectors added greatly to the overall timing and completion of the project. Although 3 fairly large holes had to be dug in our property, they were filled-in afterward so that there is hardly a trace of the dug out places. We are fully satisfied and make our recommendation without condition. more
