Problem-solving professionals. 1/8/2015

I was very satisfied with Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air. I have an older apartment building that was built in 1965, and we were having some issues with plumbing. It started off with some sort of obstruction in one of my apartment units, and and the end we found that the issue carried on to all of the four units in the apartment building. The folks at Ace were able to fix everything up, and now all of the units are fine. If you want people who know what they're doing, I would highly recommend Ace. more

Efficient, cost-effective, and good at problem solving 12/23/2014

I had a major leak at the athletic store that I own and Ace Plumbing, Heating, and Air came in and saved the day, coming immediately after we put in a call. When the leak started, we weren't unable to locate it and were worried that it wasn't going to be able to be found by a plumber so quickly. But, after only a few minutes Ace Plumbing found it and fixed it on the spot due to them coming prepared with the necessary parts to the site. I thought it would cost thousands and thousands of dollars but it was nowhere near that. more

Overall experience has been wonderful 12/10/2014

When I call Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air for service, I have had to reschedule for them to send me another serviceman because some do not get it done. They often come to service the building claiming they can do it, but end up not doing it. They have helped me with broken pipes, toilette clogs, sewage maintenance and recently came to service they drainage. The actual work is good, and it is mainly the tenant's negligence and lack of responsibility that keep bringing the problems back. Their service is quick, however, when I have called customer service to get help and I have been told that my phone connection is breaking up when in fact I switch to a land-line, so I do not understand what is going on. They are the only ones we have an account with, so I have not had a chance to replace them with another company. Aside from those experiences, overall it has been wonderful. more

Clogged Drain 11/14/2014

The Best! 10/11/2014

Yesterday John Labrum came to my home that was having a drain problem. First, I compliment John as he was efficient, took good care of moving my personal things around and replaced them before he left. As to the problems he was extremely patient to explain to me - in laymen terms - so I could understand the issue at hand, the repair necessary and left me knowing I was in good, confident and caring professional repair service. Doesn’t honor their warranty! 9/22/2014

We used this company to fix my A/C around April 2014. Within 5 months same issue came up, knowing that they have a year warranty I called to have it take a look at. But they said they wouldn’t honor their warranty using a loophole on their policy. Be aware of their work… more

I can't speak highly enough of Ace Plumbing. They've done a lot of work for us in the past and they always do a great job. They consistently arrive on time and they manage to finish the work faster than expected every time. If they say they will do a job in five hours, they get it done in three. They are thorough with their work and they have never had to come back for repairs after a job. more

Quality service with a smile! 7/23/2014

Our bathtub was badly leaking water and nothing would stop it. With Sacramento's drought concerns, this greatly bothered me. Our plumbing technician, Joe, came at the appointed time and repaired our leaky faucet quickly. Joe was very professional, suggesting a couple solutions, careful not scratch the tub and cleaning up when he was done. He showed the parts he used and didn't use, asking if I wished to keep any. This company is great which is why I am a repeat customer! Thank you Joe! more

Absolutely the BEST! 10 stars! 7/11/2014

The first positive plumbing service I've experienced in 40 years of home ownership. The technician, John, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and hard-working. I was so encouraged by the first two jobs he did that I had him look at a toilet no one has been able to fix in 10 years. John fixed it in 5 minutes! The best serviceman ever to walk through my front door. Give this man a raise!! Looking forward to leaky toilets and broken pipes. Thanks Ace Plumbing! more

After buying his first vehicle he worked long days and nights to provide service 24 hours a day to local residents and business.
