Quick, Professional, Affordable! 5/20/2012

I called Ace Plumbing early Sunday morning because my toilet and tub were backed up. They were at my house with in the hour, and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Quick, professional, and resonably priced. Thanks! more

The best I've ever had. 3/29/2012

I've had Ace Plumbing coming out for a number of years as my AC and heater people. They come once a year and prepare the units for the Summer and Winter. I've been very pleased. They don't just come in and leave. They stay for a good hour or so and are very thorough. They also put things on their feet so they don't track dirt into the house. They're a very professional company, the best I've ever had. more

Friendly, quick service 3/22/2012

I used Ace Plumbing for the first time 5 years ago. I called and was quoted an hourly price that seemed high, so I was nervous, but they ended up doing the job in half an hour. Also, it was cheaper than what I was quoted! They were very fast and were willing to come over even though it was almost 5 o'clock. We had called another company first and they told us they would charge us overtime for the last minute call in the evening. Our serviceman, Gerry, was very polite and friendly as well as a hard worker. more

Great job! 3/14/2012

Ace Plumbing has worked on a couple of things in my house and I have been satisfied with their work. The first time we called them was for a clogged drain and they fixed that. The second time was for a loose faucet handle and they got it working again. I'm happy with their work. more

Before using Ace Plumbing, I had called one plumbing company and they said a worker would arrive between 12-2. Once it got to 2, I called them and they said we can't send anyone right now. So I called Ace Plumbing and they arrived within 15 minutes. 20 minutes after that, they were done. I am very satisfied with their service. more

Great Service - Great Plumber 3/8/2012

My son's house had a problem with the plumbing backing up. He called another company that promised to be there by a certain time. They were no shows. He called Ace and their plumber Laird Lotko was there within 30 minutes. He had the problem diagnosed and the line cleared no more than 15 minutes later. This is the best plumber and plumbing company we have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them!! more

Incredible service 3/5/2012

I called late in the day. I live out of the country and had been trying all day to reach a couple of other plumbers I'd dealt with before. They never returned my calls. Finally, I gave up and called Ace. They had someone out there in less that 2 hours and fixed the problem for a very reasonable fee. My tenant is happy and so am I. more

I'd recommend Ace Plumbing to anyone, and I've never had a problem with them. I don't remember how long it's been that we've used them, but it's been a long time. We lived at a place before this one, and a lady who worked for the plumbers union staff brought them over. Then we moved and brought them here, where we've been their customers for 27 years. They do our heating, air, and plumbing, and we've never once been dissatisfied. more

I've used Ace Plumbing for years. They replaced all three of my toilets this last go around, they've done my water shutoff, and they did a very good job taking care of a sink problem we had. I was really impressed with the guy who came by to work on our garbage disposer. We saw it was getting sort of rusty and worn and that it needed to be replaced, but I just didn't get to it. Our dishwasher wasn't cleaning well and our dishes were coming out cloudy, so we bought a new one on a Thursday, they came in for the garbage disposer service on Friday, and we had intended to have the dishwasher installed on Saturday. When we redid our kitchen and had a sink with a small tub on one side and a big one on the other installed, whoever did the work (they weren't with Ace) never shortened our hose. Over time it just folded, and as a result our dishwasher couldn't drain the water. All the dirty water would just flow back in, and the dishes wouldn't come out clean. The workman from Ace pointed out that our drain hose was folded over, repaired it, and I haven't had any problems with my dishwasher since. They billed me for the disposal work, the air gap, and the installations, but their observations saved me the cost of a new dishwasher and installation. If we had just installed the new dishwasher, it would have had the same problem! I was very pleased. I'm always pleased when they come out. Maybe I paid a little more than other places charge, that's why I can't say I'd fully recommend them to everyone, but I'm willing to pay for the quality of their stuff. I don't care if it costs me a little extra, I'm willing to pay for what they provide. more

I would recommend Ace Plumbing. The service man Adrian was very professional and personable. They were thorough and quick to find out what was going on. We had a plugged sewer line and he was here, got it done, and was gone. Adrian was very personable and a polite young man. more

Tony provided a friendly, efficient experience; I would highly reccomend Ace 2/7/2012

Tony from Ace Plumbing came by, and he was polite and friendly from the beginning. As he was checking what was wrong, I hesitated. I told him that I had been thinking about getting a new taller toilet and asked if he could tell me about them. He proceeded to tell me quietly with no pressure and with complete information. Then he went back and picked one up to install. The installation was very clean and well done, and the whole process only took two hours. I was very pleased with the service and with Tony. I would do business with Ace Plumbing again. "Ace is the place," is what I always say. I also think Tony is a very valuable employee. He should really train others in how to approach customers. He's definitely worthy of more than just repairs. more

Quick to respond, very professional, we can trust Ace to do the job right. 1/3/2012

Dennis was amazing. This summer we had a problem with the A/C and he came last minute before a big party so our guests did not suffer. Within minutes, we had air conditionig. This winter, we had a heating problem...the blower would only blow heat for 20 minutes and then stop for an hour, never geting above 64 degrees. We had put up with this for years since other repair men from other companies could not fix it. One guy said it needed to be replaced and after not fixing it, still charged a service call. Dennis was tenacious and did not give up. We now have heat in the winter and cool air in the summer and he saved the heating unit from being replaced. We love our house again. Ace is GREAT! more

Ace Plumbing was recommended to us by neighbors. When they came out, there were courteous, efficient, and great to work with. It turned out we didn't have much to fix, but we did have heating problems. The service was quick and they came out the next day. The people at Ace Plumbing seem very trustworthy and reliable! more
