July 4th 1am Great Service and Very Reasonable 7/5/2014

We called ACE at 11:30 on the evening of July 4th when tree roots had completely blocked our sewer line, and we had back flow into our bath tub. John arrived quickly, was friendly, efficient and fixed our problem in no time. We are very happy with the service and will certainly use them again when needed. Can't beat the price either. more

Great service 6/28/2014

Called Ace, said be out within 2 hours. Received a call back within 15 minutes with time they would be there. John our plumber fixed the clogged sewer line, explained everything and what to do in future if it happens again, all within 22 minutes. John was very professional. more

Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air is very very good. They treat you very well! I've known the owner for about forty years since I've lived here, so pretty much all of our lives. I've been using them since he first started his business, and now it's very reputable. Their service is great and they do wonderful work. I couldn't say enough about them or recommend them enough. more

Excellent service --late night appointment 6/17/2014

James was very thorough with a difficult job. What originally appeared to be a relatively easy job of unclogging my toilet ended up taking all his patience and effort to resolve my problem which he did with a lot of patience and ability. more

Five stars for this company 6/9/2014

Ace Plumbing, Heating, and Air does what they're supposed to do. They are on time, and they cleaned the drains and cleaned my parking lot. They drained broken pipes, and basically they did everything a plumber should do. We have an account with them, and we are regular customers. more

Very good & conscientious service 6/8/2014

My A/C was out for the big Memorial Day Weekend and I had planned a big BBQ & swim party. It was hotter in my house than outside. I called 2 companies prior to getting a hold of Ace who responded the same day. Dennis had called me back in a timely fashion and informed me accurately on what time he would be at my home. He diagnosed and corrected the problem in an efficient manner. He was courteous, knowledgeable and even put on his shoe slipper each time he walked into the house. more

Good service. 6/6/2014

The first time Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air came, I had them come out to fix a toilet. However, I was disappointed because it started leaking again. So I called him again, and he had to go get something for parts and eventually fixed it, and so far, it's been working fine. It was my first time using them, and I was a bit out of sorts and disappointed about the price. But when he came back, he fixed it in just a few minutes, and he came immediately after I just called him. He was on time, and he was a very nice young man. more

Good work, good response time. 5/29/2014

Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air was fine. They replaced the garbage disposal recently and everything works great. We've used them 3 or 4 times before and we've been happy with their work so far. We continue to use their service because of their quick service. When we call them, they're here, and they have a good response time. more

Dennis is awesome! 5/13/2014

This was our first time using Ace Plumbing and it was a fantastic experience. The gentleman Dennis, who came out was unbelievable. I have already passed out all of his business cards at the beauty shop that I go to. Our air conditioning went out and we got a referral from the neighbor for another place. They could not make it out for many days so we called Ace. He told us he would be there in 40 minutes and we did not believe him. We have been jerked around a lot and are jaded. Sure enough, he was there in 40 min. Dennis is so nice and an unassuming guy. We have a rat terrier and I told him that we would put him outside because he can be a handful. He said not to worry that it was the dogs home. He took a look at everything and explained it to us. He was "Johnny on the Spot." We were amazed and have never had that kind of service. I had never met him either so I am not some friend just trying to make him and the company sound good. He had our air conditioning up and running quickly. I asked if he did other stuff but he said just plumbing and electrical. We will definately use him again and refer the company. I hope this review gets back to his boss. He is awesome. more

Very positive experience 5/13/2014

This is the 2nd time in a year to call Ace Plumbing to unclog a toilet. Both times we have been pleased with the house call and results. This time it was James that came. He was most professional but with a sense of humor. He arrived during the estimated time period and got the problem taken care of in a short time. more

sewer drain 5/10/2014

Best experienced and professional. Adrian Nistor did a super job. Brought this monster machine out and cleaned the sewer in minutes. Really a clean job! I'll definitely use this company again without a doubt!. 1 to 10 a 20!!! more

Quick and friendly service 4/18/2014

I'm a manager at Red Robin in Lincoln and we called a plumber in from Ace plumbing for one of our toilets. The guy who came in was just super friendly. He helped us out, as we had an issue with clogged pipes during a very busy time. He was able to take care of the plumbing issue without our supervision. more

Never had a problem 3/28/2014

I've never had a problem dealing with Ace Plumbing since they started, back in the '60s. I have apartments so when there's a problem, I call Ace and they're there within half an hour so I don't wait hours and hours. They're there right away. Carey Mulligan more

We've had Ace Plumbing work on our building for 17 years. My boss, Al, is 94 years old. He's owned this building for 34 years, he used to do all the plumbing himself. When it came to a certain degree of plumbing, he couldn't do it anymore and he called Ace. They can do very complicated plumbing for our 34-unit apartment building. We're having underground plumbing problems right now. It's expensive but they know what they're looking for. They're very good and always tell us what's wrong and show us what's happened. The workmen are very, very polite and they work fast. more

He was such a gentleman 2/6/2014

My toilet was stopped up by people who were in my house while I wasn't there and they didn't tell me. So when I found it, I didn't know what to do, being new to the area, so I looked through the phone book and I just felt good vibes about Ace Plumbing. So I called them and they came out on-time and he did the job. He didn't leave a mess and cleaned up everything because the toilet was a mess. I hated to ask him to do it but once he was done, I didn't have to do a thing. He was just such a gentleman. more

After buying his first vehicle he worked long days and nights to provide service 24 hours a day to local residents and business.
