I dealt with Ace Plumbing in two different events. One was for my air conditioner, which happened a while back. They came in and couldn't figure it out, so they researched and really dug into trying to find the problem. They even went to the manufacturer. It took about three days of back and forth, but they did find out what was wrong with help from the manufacturer. Then the manufacturer kind of gave them some bad advice. I called them back a few months later because the AC was making loud noises. They came back and checked it out, immediately found the problem, and fixed it. That was, in my opinion, a class act.
Then I had several plumbing issues. I moved into my house new in 2006, but the builder did a variety of things wrong. I had Ace Plumbing come out, and he went through and just fixed everything. He replaced a few things and even found issues I didn't see or notice!
