We have a contract with Ace Plumbing for them to come out and do the main line twice a year. We also call them if we have any issues with the drain. They are usually able to get someone out the same day we call. Their prices are competitive and they always send out good guys. They always come and ask about the issue and how we solved it in the past. They always look very professional and everything turns out okay. The only thing they could improve is that when we have a big issue with the hydro jetter, sometimes the person who takes care of that is not available the same day so we have to wait a day. Other than that, everything is great. more

Overall very comfortable with their trustworthy service 10/5/2015

I switched over to Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air because they're better than other companies. They're more knowledgeable and therefore work faster. They don't stretch it out and gouge you like other companies do. I feel that their prices are competitive. The service technicians are friendly and cooperative. They arrive on time, and do a great job explaining what's going on and what my options are. I've been using their services for four or five months. We use their services in our care home for the elderly. They do a variety of work for us, but primarily deal with clogged drains. If I was a plumber I'd want to work for them, because they treat their employees well. I also feel like they are more trustworthy than other plumbers. Excellent service all around. more

I hope our experience will be better in the future 9/16/2015

This was our first experience with Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air and it wasn't really good. The service people left the site and didn't let us know what the problem was or what they fixed. Second, they sent us an eight-hundred dollar invoice. My supervisor for the apartment building called them and they said it was a mistake. I really hope our next experience is better in the future! more

Speedy and efficient! 8/31/2015

The times we've used Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air their timing has been phenomenal.They'll quote you one hour but they always get here sooner. The last time, they got here fast, knew what the issue was, and was able to fix it and get us back online. more

Ace Plumbing, Heating, & Air are on time and they finish the job on time. We have used them for our AC and plumbing for more than three years. I would rather call them than go with some company I don't know! more

Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air is a very affordable and competent company. 8/6/2015

I've use Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air a lot. However, one time they never came back to finish a plumbing job they had started. It had to do with the drain for the AC, so I had to call another company to fix it. Then, the serviceman said he was off for a week but I was never notified, so I thought it wasn't professional. On the other hand, they are very knowledgeable. more

Over priced service 7/27/2015

Seems as though th Air conditioning industry has found a way to gouge customers for service. Our home AC system stopped working. Ace provided quick Saturday service. $79.00 service call was fine the $268.00 parts and labor for a $35.00 part and 20 minute repair was excessive. Great work if you can get it! Hope I don,t need service again!!!! more

Awesome! 7/9/2015

I only hired Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air twice. It was an excellent experience. We had some slimy worms coming out from the tub drain. We ended up having them again because the problem returned, but they fixed that for us. Everything is fine now. more

Excellent Service 6/13/2015

I just renewed my annual service contract for my heating & a/c system. Jeff was prompt, polite and very professional. He cleaned and inspected the a/c unit, found an issue and explained exactly what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it. I'm very happy with Ace and will not not go anywhere else. more

Fabulous Service. 5/12/2015

I've been using Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air for years. Their service is fabulous. They've helped with plumbing, replaced a hot water heater, serviced my AC unit, and used to do scheduled maintenance for one of my properties. I've had a great experience with them, and haven't had any issues. I would recommend them. more

Very satisfactory. 5/6/2015

I've been running an apartment house for 17 years, and in all that time we have had Ace Plumbing work for us. We specifically ask for Jesse because he is very courteous and knows all the ins and outs of our apartment. When something goes wrong, he fixes it. We once had broken water pipes under the kitchen floor, and he was able to pull up the floors, find the pipes, fix them, and put it all together again. He fixes everything and stands behind his work. I'd definitely recommend Ace. more

Ace Plumbing, Heatinig, and Air is one of our customers, and we are one of theirs. We use them about once every eight years. When they were last here, they checked the flow of one of our restrooms. They promptly did job and left. They are thorough, professional, and courteous. We recommend them. more

I have been doing business with Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air for the past thirty years now. They recently replaced a valve for me, and did it very promptly. They have reasonable prices for plumbing costs. They have always been prompt, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend them! more

Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air are prompt, efficient and always give us solutions to any problems we may have. Most recently, they helped us reseal some toilets in our store and fixed the hot water pipes. We've had no reoccurring problems. They do a great job! more

Wonderful service. 2/18/2015

We received quick and easy service from Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air. Our toilet had come loose and one of the bolts had fallen off so they sent out a very competent plumber to resolve the issue. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and got the job done well. We were absolutely satisfied with the service and would recommend them. more

After buying his first vehicle he worked long days and nights to provide service 24 hours a day to local residents and business. Since then the company has grown to 30 employees and has expanded it reach to parts of Placer, Yolo and El Dorado County as well as the entire Sacramento region.
