Great Service 1/28/2013

I was very pleased with Ace Plumbing. They were accommodating, neat, picked up after themselves. We were really impressed. They took care of the problem, which was replacing the sewer line. You can't even tell. They had to dig up the grass and it looks great. I would highly recommend them. more

Heating problem. 1/11/2013

It was a cold, dark and windy Monday morning. Something was amiss! The Schnauzers were shivering. No one wanted to crawl out of warm beds. Oh no! The heating system failed! But not to worry ~~~ Within a reasonable period of time after a phone call to Ace, Mike and his assistant came to the rescue.The heating problem was quickly solved and all was warm and cozy again. Thank you Ace! more

Job well done. 1/8/2013

We needed our furnace checked out for winter. Dennis came, he was very good about putting covers on his shoes every time he came in and out of the house. We had previous trouble with the furnace before, it kept coming on for a short period of time then turning off. It took him a while to find the problem, but he kept checking and tried using different instruments. He found the problem, fixed it, and now it works nicely. We are pleased with the job he did. more

Ace Plumbing was accommodating and flexible with their scheduling. The installer came a second day because we didn't have everything he needed, and didn't complain, or have a problem. Tony recommended the best faucet and the right store to buy it from, and was very helpful. He found what we needed. The service was fast and we are happy. We've had different service technicians on three different occasions, and been happy with all of them, which is why we will continue to use their services. more

Dennis, the service technician that came out, was absolutely great. Called before he came, showed up on time and did a great job while he was there. It was all part of our annual contract where they come out and service our unit. more

Very pleased with the service. 10/18/2012

Well, we had a sewer blockage, and Ace Plumbing sent a gentleman named Julio Martinez to help us. He unblocked our pipes and told us what we need to do to prevent it from happening again in the future. It was done very efficiently, in less than 40 minutes. more

Very good experience. 9/24/2012

I came home from running errands to a backed up shower, and the water was coming up in the shower and toilet. It was probably around 6 when I called them, and by 8:30 my problem was resolved. The plumber had been here and everything was working fine. It was my first time using Ace, I chose them because their ad in the phone book said they had 24 hour service and no extra charge for nights or weekend. The dispatcher I spoke to was helpful and pleasant, and told me what I could expect to pay. The plumber they sent out was very efficient, and did a great job. more

Very Good 9/12/2012

I have recommended Ace Plumbing. I had new kitchen counters put in, and I had Ace come in to disconnect the sink because the carpenters didn't handle plumbing. So, they disconnected my sink and gas stove and helped me move them. I had them come back in to hook up the sink and stove, and they did a great job. I also had them do new drain systems, and they are coming tomorrow for the faucet I just got. more

I had an issue with a sink that I've had in the past. Ace Plumbing came out at the time they said they would and got the problem fixed. I felt like customer service was a priority with them. more

I have known Ace Plumbing for at least 20 years. They are always reliable, always courteous, and always on time. They know what they are doing and check to make sure something is under warranty before offering me a new part. The people at Ace are very fair and honest. They are also very knowledgeable. No matter what kind of problem I call them with, they know exactly what to do to fix it and that's why I have used them for some 20-odd years. We have actually moved a few times but I still call them up when I need help. I didn't even bother looking for a new company because I know they are the best. more

I have old wood pipes, and I call Ace Plumbing out every year to clean them. They are quick about coming out when I call and professional. They were recommended to me by my dad, and I have been using them for the last 4 years. more

Friendly, quick and efficient. 7/26/2012

Tim from Ace Plumbing was very helpful, friendly, quick and efficient. I had to call them out three times. The first time was for a plugged sink upstairs. Tim came out and unplugged that in no time at all. Then, the sink downstairs plugged up and I had to ask Tim to come out to fix that for me, which he did. Most recently, I asked Tim for help replacing the faucet for my kitchen sink. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to get everything done. This was my first experiences using Ace Plumbing. I found them in the phone book. Tim was really pleasant to work with. He worried about the mess he was making and cleaned up after himself as he went. I will continue to use them for future jobs. more

The young man at Ace Plumbing was very nice and very good in his trade! He was clean, very careful, and also prompt! Ace Plumbing fixed a clogged sink in my kitchen, and I was of course anxious to get it unplugged. Ace Plumbing was extremely nice and accommodating. I appreciate that more than anything, and I am very particular about that when people are coming into my home. I would give him a 100! more

I recommended Ace Plumbing to my landlord, and told him "this is how it should be done!" There were no issues. Ace Plumbing did a fabulous jobs, and went around to check things in the neighborhood when I had no answers to the questions. They seemed to go above and beyond the board! more

This is one of the best A C repair companys I have ever had work for me! 7/10/2012

My house was very warm when the repairman arrived. He was very quick to find the problem. He changed out the bad parts and in no time at all my A C was working well.Dennis(the repairman) was very polite and explained the problem in a manner that was easy to understand.I am very pleased to recommend Ace Plumbing,Heating & Air Conditioning as a great company to service and repair your AC unit.Many thanks. more

Efficient, pleasant 6/21/2012

He was very pleasant and very efficient. The technician from Ace Plumbing was a nice young man-he installed a water line to my freezer and disconnected an old gas barbecue that was left on the patio. He maintains the sprinkling system but unfortunately he couldn't program it because it needs a new controller. Very satisfied. more
