Installed one way main drain clean-out 6/7/2016

I want to thank Dominic from Ace Plumbing for all his help with installing a one way clean-out on our main drain line. Throughout the process, he answered all questions we had, offered options which we took advantage of and was prompt when calling back and when he would arrive. He made a difficult situation much easier to live with until repairs were complete. Ace Plumbing is the contractor to call! more

We never had an issue so we continue to call them. 5/26/2016

Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air is one of our vendors and they go to specific stores to do repairs but I don't deal with them one on one when they go there. They usually report anything that's unusual and I know that we have been using them for service for some time, so I don't think anything has ever been bad. If I can't give specific feedback on the workers, I can say that I haven't heard of an issue so we continue to hire them. more

Water Heater Replacement 5/22/2016

I knew my old water heater's days were numbered, so I called several plumbers to get an estimate for replacement. Of all of them, Ace Plumbing's Bruce Riley, was the most knowledgeable and gave me the most detailed estimate, so I hired them. Bruce returned the next day with an assistant plumber and my new water heater, and tackled the challenge of installing a 48 g. water heater which was now slightly larger than my old 48 g water heater inside a garage alcove space. Bruce has been a plumber for many years, and his mastery is evident in his problem-solving skills and in the end result. In this job, and in subsequent smaller jobs, he has always communicated clearly with me about my options, keeping my limited budget in mind. It's great to have a plumber who I trust and who has the knowledge and experience to tackle any plumbing job. Also, I've always found the staff at Ace to be very helpful when I've called. more

They are real problem solvers 5/18/2016

I have used the services of the guys over at Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air so many times and they are always great. Whether it has been for a rental property or for my own personal home, they are always on time and they always respond very fast which is very important to me. They are real problem solvers and no problem stumps them for long. They are usually in and out really quickly with the problem taken care of. I really like that they don't leave a mess behind either, they are very courteous about that. If you are looking for a great plumbing service, look no further, you have found it! more

We love Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air 5/6/2016

We own an elderly care home and Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air comes and cleans our pipes 100-200 feet down to the sewage and clears out the main lines. Their plumbers are professional and clean and are reasonably priced, they don't try to gouge us. Not being a plumber myself, it's always nerve-wracking to call a plumbing company but I've always felt comfortable with their service time and time again. They're honest and truthful and you won't find that anywhere else. more

Prompt and professional 4/27/2016

They have been prompt on quotes and provided with professional service for wall heaters and ac units. We've had them for four months on a business account but I've been using Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air for ten years. They're very responsive and it's easy to set up a payment account for a commercial property. I'm pleased with the service and pricing they provide and I've been completely satisfied with everything they've done for me. more

I would give them 10 stars if I could 4/20/2016

The guys over at Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air seriously deserve ten stars across the board because they are just that great. Any time that I have ever had a problem they are so quick to solve it which obviously makes me very happy and relieved. Not only are they quick to solve my problems but they are also amazingly quick to respond to me. That is a huge plus because there might be nothing worse than having a serious plumbing issue and having to sit on it for a while. These guys respond quick and get out to your home even quicker. If you are looking for a great plumbing service at a great price, look no further, you have found it! more

Poor communication is why I'm giving them a three 4/13/2016

Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air has always given us five star service but the last time we needed major work done, they never got back to us. They came out and cleared a blockage from a broken line in our restaurant and they were supposed to give me a bid but that never happened. I would recommend them for minor work, but not for major problems because they never got back to me and we needed the problem fixed right away. more

Good scheduling 3/9/2016

I have used Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air for four years and they did some work to the air conditioning. The work is good. But, sometimes, I have to call them back after a few months because it broke down again. When I call them back I have to pay for the labor and that's something I really don't like. Their timing and scheduling is good. more

They can fix anything 2/17/2016

I use Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air for my rental properties and my own home. They've provided excellent service for several years. I enjoy them because they arrive on time, do a fast job and always finish what they start, I never have to call them to come back. They do everything from sewer mains, toilets, and dishwashers. They've done a million things for me and fix anything that needs fixing. Everyone at Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air are pleasant and professional, I can't recommend them enough. more

We've never had a problem with them, they keep it very professional and stay out of the way of our clients during business hours. Show up on time and charge a reasonable amount. 2/5/2016

I would absolutely use Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air again. They drained some toilets, we have issues like this somewhat often because we have an elderly care home and sometimes the toilets get clogged up. But the guys from Ace Plumbing, they always show up on time and they are professional about the way they do business by being respectful and charging a reasonable amount. I definitely recommend them. more

Excellent work on a tough job. 1/7/2016

I had a problem in my apartment building, its an older building from the 1960's and we had a problem with a sewer line under the toilet. Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air had to take out all of the cement and find the problem and eventually redo the piping. They even had to go into a second unit because I shared piping with them. It was pretty expensive but they got it all done and finished within 3 days. They did a good job and got everything back in working order.I have used them before and will again. more

Clean, on time, and professional 12/11/2015

We've been using the folks at Ace Plumbing, Heating, and Air for awhile and they help us maintain our business. They've done all sorts of stuff - they've cleared out floor drains, replaced toilets and plumbing, and fixed our water heater. The people who work for them are professional and Bridget in the office is courteous and really on top of scheduling us in when we need them. We recommend Ace to everyone! more

After buying his first vehicle he worked long days and nights to provide service 24 hours a day to local residents and business. Since then the company has grown to 30 employees and has expanded it reach to parts of Placer, Yolo and El Dorado County as well as the entire Sacramento region.
