Every person from Unique that has come out to our house has been caring and responsive. Just as important is their response when we have a problem. My wife was a bit upset with me for buying their service contract, but after we needed them twice at inconvenient times (like a holiday evening) and they showed up quickly, she came around and agreed it was definitely worthwhile. more

The employees from Unique indoor comfort were really great - they were on time, respectful of my property, cleaned up after they left. They really impressed me and were a breath of fresh air compared to the new norm of poor service when it comes to home improvements / work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to fix or update their systems. more

Third Time's a Charm!! 7/16/2018

We have several A/C units in our building and when summer rolled around, we called Unique to service the one that didn't work at all. Since then, Dimos has come out two other times to upgrade the original unit and to fix a second unit on another floor. He is always on time, professional and a pleasure to deal with! The office staff is also wonderful. They are kind and friendly!I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Unique Indoor Comfort. If you need your a/c serviced or repaired, look no further! more

Grateful 7/16/2018

Dylan and Dennis arrived to investigate why one of my air conditioning zones was not working. They presented their cards as identification and very courteous and professional. A thorough assessment followed and 2 issues were identified. The primary problem was a malfunctioning/broken thermostat.One that would have to be ordered. Instead of leaving me with no air during another hot spell of weather on the horizon they rigged up air through a thermostat that they had on in stock until the replacement one could be ordered. That is amazing service! My daughter and the 10 international camp counselors she brought home for a day off really appreciated it. Thanks for going the extra mile. more

Excellent service - love the new A/C! 7/16/2018

Tony did a great job explaining to me what was going to be done during the installation. We reconfigured the placement of one of the units (which made more sense logistically). He was courteous at all times and kept my house clean - and cleaned up everything inside & out at the end of the day. more

Excellent Service Once Again!!!! 7/12/2018

I would HIGHLY recommend Unique Indoor Comfort to all my friends and family! The customer service staff at the office is superb. Additionally, Dimos and his helper were very conscientious about their work. They protect our work surfaces and are very neat and clean (even while working!) We had them in here about 6 weeks ago and they fixed the A/C; however, there was another issue that needed to be handled so we called them back and they were quick to return and fix the unit. I think they are quite possibly the best local a/c company around! more

Great Experience 7/6/2018

My wife and I had our first maintenance appointment for the AC system in our new home in July 2018. We met with Dimos from Unique who was great. He arrived on time for the appointment, was courteous and professional, and explained all tests he was performing as well as our options for future service. Based on our experience with him, we signed up for a yearly service plan and we look forward to using this company for our heating and cooling needs going forward. more

A/C & Heating Review 7/2/2018

Taz had installed a new A/C system and heater in my house along with Bob and Son this past Saturday. Taz did a great job and was a real nice guy. He showed up on time, kept my house clean, explained to me what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I am happy with the placement of the new A/C unit in the back yard and have been enjoying the cool air all day on Sunday. Bob was also at my house helping Taz out and he was just as nice and helpful. The two guys worked in my house for over 8 hours and the inside temperature was in the low 90's. They seem to enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. They cleaned up as they were leaving and I could not have had a better experience. Just want to say thank you to Taz, Bob, and Son for doing a great job! more

annual maintenance for mini-split ac was excellent 6/22/2018

Mark is an excellent technician who arrived on time and was very informative and polite. He explained each step of the maintenance process as he performed it. When he was done, he gave me some information on how I can keep my mini-split well maintained during the summer season. He was great. more

HVAC air lost Freon during heat this past week. Contacted Unique to come out. Everyone so professional and polite, even when I was probably heat cranky.Even got someone out earlier than originally scheduled. Serviceperson, Mike V., a true credit to this company, polite, efficient, pleasant, and informative. First good nights sleep in a week, thank you. Even though I need more work due to leak, a special thank you to Unique for their super staff. more

Arrived promptly at 8:30am -early actually and that was perfect. Bonded with our dog-great. Worked quietly and gave me confidence that AC was working as appropriate. Checked equipment both inside & out. Used the hand-held computer efficiently for contract information,follow-up etc. Formally asked for a review. He is very thorough and knows the customers expect high quality. He delivers. more
