New Oil Heater Installation 4/6/2018

Mike V and Dam arrived around 9am to begin installation. They explained the compete process it would take to install the heater. They worked quickly and professionally removing the old heater, installing the new one, cleaning the area and providing guidance on functions of the new heater and thermostat. Emergency Oil Heater Service 4/5/2018

Mark D was very professional and helpful. I called for several contractors for emergency service to receive an immediate quote for a new heater. All companies charged a service fee. He was the only one that proceeded to clean up the leaking oil and explain exactly how the new heater would be installed and it's benefits. more

Such great service 4/4/2018

We signed up for Unique Indoor Comfort's twice a year maintenance plan a couple of years ago. The techs have always been good and we have never been charged anything extra when they found something or when they come out for regular maintenance or for additional needs. This time was particularly good because Nelson was so thorough and because it was clear that he truly cares about his work and our satisfaction. He stayed for a good while to seek to make a discovery that might improve our efficiency and reduce our bills, and he was successful at making a discovery that should make a difference. He also provided helpful advice. I highly recommend Unique. Everyone on the team has always been helpful and responsive. more

Service Call 4/2/2018

Nelson replaced a valve on my geothermal system and was very precise with installing it in a tight space and explained everything to me. I couldn’t ask for a more qualified service tech than Nelson! Thx for a great job more

Christian is perhaps the best technician I've ever worked with. He is intelligent, very professional and easy to work with on a project. He brings a focused orientation to the work he is doing and I especially like the fact that he strives to understand the in's and out's of a system he is going to work on before beginning. This approach allows him to understand ways in which work he is about to do or problems he is confronting can best be managed. It's a mature, thoughtful and competent way to manage a job. I'd recommend him for any project, from installation to servicing equipment. more

AC and Heating Service and repair 3/23/2018

This company has consistently performed excellent service on my AC system and today my heater broke down hours prior to a routine scheduled AC service visit. The service man, Mark, diagnosed the problem and fortunately had the needed component in his truck. The heater repaired and AC serviced in one stop. Excellent service. more

Very Good Service 3/21/2018

I contacted Unique with a request for an additional duct to be installed and a replacement condensate pump. I received an immediate response, an estimator was at my home within four hours and the job was finished in two business days. Very professional and left the job site clean. I would recommend this company and am keeping them in mind for further service requirements. more
