Remove old heating/cooling system & install new one 11/9/2018

This was arranged by my condo, so I did not pay. As to other suggestions on the review page, all were done well (service, quality, competence, fun factor, usefulness, and more, they did an excellent job. It was a lot of work needed (2 days), and they completed it on time. I recommend both Dam & Jeff his helper. more

Amazing Job by an Amazing Crew! 11/1/2018

I can't say enough good things about Unique Indoor Comfort. Chris was extremely knowledgeable in helping me select a new high efficiency gas furnace for my home and a second rental home. Ricky and Brian were extremely professional and certainly know their way around a furnace (and I'm not easily impressed!) This was a truly superb install at both houses and I couldn't be happier. Every detail was taken care of so it not only functioned properly, but it looked amazing. I got that "new car" feeling when they were done... it's been 2 weeks and I still go down the basement just to look at it! I highly trust and would recommend this company for any of your furnace needs. 5 Star Company!! more

The installation was seamless, the wall mounted air conditioner and unit look and work great..even better than my expectations. Son and Joseph were the kindest, nicest folk I have ever had to install something in my home: professional, neat, beautiful job, and several times ensuring I had no questions about anything. Communication about details wonderful, and their work top notch. Highly recommend. more

Semi annual maintenance 10/30/2018

When my heating system stopped working recently, Mark came to the house in response to my call to Unique Indoor Comfort under the terms of our annual maintenance agreement. I was out of town, but Mark called me to tell me the thermostat needed to be replaced with a lower end model that I would not be able to control remotely. Mark later decided, apparently, that the thermostat was fine and a different part needed to be replaced. While the problem was fixed with no additional cost to me, I was never informed that my thermostat was not replaced. I like Unique Indoor Comfort and I plan to continue to use their services. However the communication about this particular service call was poor. more

courteous, knowledgeable, would work with again 10/29/2018

Mr Aziz installed a taco air bleeder and pressurized our system with a garden hose. We had the water circulating in a little over an hour. The bleeder replaced a malfunctioning one. Heat has been restored. The boiler is original and we plan to replace the entire system next summer. Based on our experience, we will request a bid from Unique. more

central air conditioner replacement 10/25/2018

I had a central air conditioner unit replaced, they were prompt and professional. they covered the carpets and then cleaned up after they were done. after they finished they walked me through all the work that was done and showed me how to use the system. I am very pleased with with the company. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for heating and air conditioning. more

HVAC Installation - 5 stars 10/23/2018

I needed a new HVAC unit, so I searched online and found Unique Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling. The entire experience from the initial call with the receptionist, to scheduling an appointment, and finally to the installation of the unit was professional and completely hassle free. They were on time, quick, efficient, and polite. I have no affiliation with this company and I rarely write reviews because most companies today are dishonest, shady, and door a poor job overall. However, the technicians from Unique ICHC were so nice and did such a good job that I decided to take the time to submit a review on their behalf. Hope the staff gets a nice holiday bonus for the upcoming season. more

Installation by Unique was friendly and professional! 10/16/2018

Truong and his coworker, over the course of two days, removed our old furnace and hot water heater and replaced it with a space-age "combi boiler" system. They were on time, fast, friendly, and courteous. I swear our house was cleaner when they left than when they came. And their pride in their work was evident--we took quite a few selfies together in front of the new system (and the dozens of feet of brand new copper). more

Unique Air Conditioning replacement 10/8/2018

Our 18-year old AC unit needed to be replaced. Soliciting three quotes, I chose Unique Indoor Comfort and could be more confident that this selection was the right one.. Dom and Ron were careful to do complete measurement of our house and carefully listened to my concerns and questions. Their estimate actually addressed in writing their solutions to those concerns. The pre-install inspection, provided by Warren, was thorough and, once again, he listened to me. The installers, Tzong and Estephano, were professional and efficient. They covered our floors with protective cloths. The work went smoothly and not a bit of trash or debris was left behind. The entire gang provided a truly unique experience in this age when poor craftsmanship has become the norm. They receive my hearty recommendation. more
