Great Professional Service 8/14/2018

We recently had a split system added in a 3rd floor of our home. Ricky & Son of Unique were extremely professional and very careful of our home during the installation. They cleaned up as well. We are very happy with our choice to use Unique again. They also recently installed a complete new HVAC system in another property that we own. They also did a great job there as well (which is shy we decided to use them again for this project). I would highly recommend this company based. more

Great team came out on July 4th to install new unit. Ensured all worked well and I understand how to use new unit. House/surrounding area were cleaned up and spotless before they left. more

Yearly cleaning of air conditioning system 8/10/2018

Mike Vegas did a great job of checking, servicing and cleaning our 2 different air conditioning systems. He was thorough in checking all systems, on 3 different levels of our house, including the outside. He is friendly and personable and worked diligently. Thank you. more

Great Service As Always!!!! 8/7/2018

Yesterday, we discovered our one a./c unit wasn't working very well so we called our good friends at Unique Indoor Comfort!. They have been here a few times before for various units in our building and have always provided us with great customer service both on the phone and in person. They have quality people answering their calls and scheduling service calls and the technicians who come out to service our units are very professional and courteous. We needed service immediately and Unique made sure we had a technician come out to service us on the same day; despite being jammed up with other calls due to the extreme heat. They are kind and considerate and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs their units serviced. more

Dimos and his trainee came to do a maintenance service on my AC system. He was highly professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the thoroughness of the check and of his review of information with me. Both techs were careful to use protective footwear that kept the house clean. more

My sales rep was CurtK. Curt was on time and walked me through how the process would unfold. He was timely w/ responses and assisted with any and all questions. 10/10 would chose Kurt again. Dam and Sam were my service PROS. These guys were awesome. They showed up on time, introduced themselves with a business card and a hand shake. The entire time they operated inside they wore covers on their boots. When we first started they both walked through a step by step procedure of how the process would unfold as well as recommended how they would run lines, hang the Mitsubishi units, etc. Both Dam and Sam worked quickly and professionally the entire time. I had to step out both days for work meetings and these guys were respectable of my house, and the job. Dam and Sam even helped take care of my dog throughout the two day project. At the completion of the job we went over the operation of the units and both Dam and Sam answered all questions and made me feel comfortable operating the units. There was a final walk through where everything was cleaned up 100%....11/10 would have Dam and Sam work on my house again. more

Great service from Dimos and Travis 7/27/2018

Dimos and Travis were great. Totally professional. Dimos clearly knows his stuff, and he was training Travis, who seemed to be a quick study. Both men were polite and efficient. Dimos answered all of my questions and serviced the system top to bottom, inside and out. I have nothing but highest marks for these guys. more

Hands down amazing company and amazing customer service all around!! From initial consult through to installation, I have to say I am a very happy customer. Celvin & Taz did an outstanding job at installing our new HVAC system and hot water heater. From the moment they arrived I knew there was nothing to be concerned about. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Taz showed up at my door and immediately provided me with his business card, and after our initial walk-through, I was provided the assurance that the job would be done as requested on on-time. From that moment I had no doubts, and they did not let me down!! For such a unique, custom, and intensive job, Celvin & Taz did amazing work, and I would highly recommend them both, and well as UIC in general! Thanks, Taz! Thanks, Celvin! more
