New A/C, ductwork balancing and repairs. 10/1/2018

Very good job, completed everything in the time promised, was willing to look carefully at the house's ductwork to make sure we were doing what was best, not just slapping in a new A/C. more

New Carrier Heat and Air Conditioning installed 9/18/2018

Unique Indoor Comfort has been excellent in the past with two HVAC installations and guidance from Matt Lafferty for our rental properties and recently our home. All previous employees have been great, however, Unique must have sent me the A-Team employees, Tony and Brian to work on installing a new carrier HVAC system in our own home. Wow! These guys are really professional, neat, knowledgeable, fast, patient, and quite accommodating even with this homeowner who likes to watch as the installers work. I would recommend Tony and Brian to anyone who requires excellence in a new HVAC residential installation. Great work! Kudos to Unique and especially Tony and Brian! more

Great service. 9/17/2018

The whole team at Unique has been awesome. I started out getting a business card from Mike last year. I called and was put in touch with Matt who came out and gave me an estimate on a whole house air condo compressor and coil installation. Matt also quoted me on a single room remote control wall unit for heat and air condo. Matt was great in explaining what I needed and gave me several options to meet my budget. Matt arranged for Joie and Bruce to come out and install everything. I was not home but my daughter supervised. My daughter raved about how polite they were and how comfortable she felt with them in the house. Everything was installed just as they said at the price quoted. Unique has contacted me many times over the last few months to come do a free first service. Its been about 9 months and I finally found time in my schedule so they sent Bashoy out to do a free first service today. He was a pleasure to have in my house and again everything that was done was explained to me in detail. From start to finish it's been an absolute pleasure doing business with Unique Comfort Heating & Cooling. more

Beshoy asked me a few questions and quickly zeroed in on our heating problem. He then tested things further to make sure that I hadn't caused any damage to our system. (I hadn't.) Beshoy was friendly, polite, professional, efficient and very clear in his explanations. more

air conditioning emergency service 9/6/2018

I had a problem with a leaking AC unit in the attic. Unique's responded quickly to my need and sent their technician, Dylan, to access the problem. He quickly determined the source of the problem and took the necessary actions to remedy the situation with only short interruption in the operation of the unit on a very hot day. I'm very appreciative of Unique's service! more

Every time we hire Unique Indoor Comfort, we are extremely satisfied. The service is always courteous, prompt and competent. Recently, our air conditioning suddenly stopped working, I called up Unique Indoor Comfort and spoke to an agent right away. He asked for my availability and then called me back with an appointment time that fit my schedule. Our technician, Mark, was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem quickly. I will definitely call Unique again with any AC or heating issues. more

Alex and Thuan were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clean from dismantling of old unit and installation of new Carrier Greenspeed unit. This job was no easy task over two days; however, from installation of new duct work off unit and electrical subpanel, they worked seamlessly to ensure all was in working order prior. Follow-up visit 8/27/2018

Unique installed our HVAC and water heater last winter. Mark DeLucca made a service call last week just to make sure all was in working order. Very polite, informative conversation, answered my questions, didn't try to sell me something else. I recommend Unique if you are shopping around for HVAC. more

Easy Process 8/24/2018

The outdoor condensing unit was noisier than normal. Our call to Unique Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling was answered quickly and Deborah addressed the scheduling process in a pleasant and professional manner. Our technician (Beshoy) was prompt, courteous and professional. He replaced the fan in our condensing unit and made a few other modifications that significantly lowered the noise level. We are very satisfied with the service and communication we received from Unique. Keep up the good work! more

Had a problem putting the filter in and Nelson discovered immediately what the problem was and fixed it. Nelson is very knowledgable and has a lot of experience. All the people at Unique are very nice and reliable and would recomend Unique Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling to everyone. more
