Arrived promptly at 8:30am -early actually and that was perfect. Bonded with our dog-great. Worked quietly and gave me confidence that AC was working as appropriate. Checked equipment both inside & out. Used the hand-held computer efficiently for contract information,follow-up etc. Formally asked for a review. He is very thorough and knows the customers expect high quality. He delivers.
