A/C System Installation 1/10/2019

Alex and Thuan, assisted by Jordan, spent the last three days at our house replacing our thirty-year-old high velocity A/C system. We were very pleased with their work-- they were always friendly and courteous; open to questions, recommendations, and requests for adjustments; and took care to keep our house clean and undamaged. The finished installation which sits in a walk-up attic which may one day be converted into additional living space, was very neat and improved the ducting layout in comparison with our prior system. We look forward to the summer to see if the new and improved installation (we added five additional outlets) performs better than the initial installation. more

HVAC Service 12/29/2018

Dimos came to service my current HVac system and gave me excellent guidance. I ended up getting a full installation because the system was so old but Dimos gave me several options from least to most expensive. We even got in some Sixers talk!!! I totally recommend Dimos and Unique. more

High Velicoty Install 12/13/2018

I had unique indoor comfort install a new air handler and outdoor unit for my house that had an old high velocity unit that need replacement. There was also a good amount of duct work that needed to be done. Trong and Estefano were great. They finished the work on time, no hidden fees, they showed up on time every day. They were also very respectful of my house and everything was well communicated. The install went exactly how the salesman had said it would. Highly recommend. Since this was put in during the winter I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the unit at this time, but the install is clean and looks very professional. more

Wonderful 12/8/2018

Our first time using this company and it was a wonderful experience. Secretary was great in helping me get an appointment on short notice to service our heating system. The field agent that came out was polite, friendly and most of all knowledgeable. He took his time explaining things and look over everything. Also, kudos for him bringing his own shoe covers...very considerate. more

HVAC Repair with Beshoy 11/26/2018

What a gem! He diagnosed a problem I've spent more than 25 hours on and fixed it right away. He was educational, polite, down to earth, and tenacious in finding a solution. He double and triple checked to find the exact problem and was willing to do the work the right way every time, even when he had to double back to fix a problem that was hiding from the installation by another company. Highly recommend this senior tech, Beshoy. He's fabulous. more
