Paul, Dam, and Juan did a great job installing new indoor air-conditioning, including duct work and registers. Paul gave me a sense of confidence in describing the design and performance of the high velocity system. Dam and Juan were on time each day, professional throughout their work and cleaned up thoroughly. The house is nearly 100 years old and offered some challenges, but Dam worked them through. It is early days, but the system seems to be operating properly. My experience so far with Unique has been good. The price seems fair for the value. more

Excellent service. But, I would suggest that Unique review the difficulty experienced by your service people when they come to my address. Specially, handling large ladders to get to the unit on the roof. Every time I receive maintenance service this is a problem. more

Best Ever!!!!!! 4/26/2019

Beshoy Aziz and Celvin Aviles were great! They arrived EARLY (with notice of course,) But how often does that happen? They provided the most thorough maintenance my Mitshubishi Mr. Slim has ever had. They were pleasant, courteous, and professional. They checked every function of my unit, and left me with a feeling of full confidence that Mr. Slim will run efficiently this summer. Thanks for sending them, and I hope that I will be able to request Mr. Aziz and Mr. Aviles.....specifically next year. more

Unique Indoor Comfort has not let ever let us down. We moved into a new house and were eager to sign up for another maintenance contract, because of the stellar service we received in our old house. Frank P. was thorough and paid attention to details with every system in our house, plus he’s a really great guy! We know we’ll continue to get the same level of service in this house that we received in our last, and that gives us piece of mind. more

Expert help with A/C system 3/27/2019

I had a high velocity system installed recently by Unique, and ran into an issue where a system fuse was blowing. Since this was a freshly installed system we knew something was wrong. After a couple of attempts, Unique sent out Beshoy A to troubleshoot since this was a new system (iSeries) that was not as common in the area. Beshoy took about 15 minutes to find the fault which was causing the fuse to blow. After the repair, he took the time to reinstall my Nest thermostat (as we had replaced it as part of the troubleshooting efforts), and took the time to do a complete heat/cool test with me. While on property he also replaced a fan for another outdoor unit for me, which I had ordered from Unique. Again, he worked fast and then took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the repair (he even showed me the old fan). It was easy to see that Beshoy was an experienced, professional and personable guy who really enjoys what he does! more

Great work in an old home. 3/25/2019

Paul explained the system well and very promptly sent an estimate. Quy and Son came on time and worked efficiently and well together. They tidied up each evening and were respectful of my home. The work took nine days and Son and Quy didn't waste a moment of it. Brandom came by a number of times, answered my questions and made sure all was well. I highly recommend Unique and wish all contractors were as courteous and hard working. Thank you! more

Third Flooor Installation 3/21/2019

We had the first two floors done about 2 years ago with a central unit. The entire process was pain free. Matt was clear on setting expectations and costs. The installation team was always on time, kept me in the loop as the project proceeded. Clean up was done daily. Yesterday we had the process completed by installing a single unit for the third floor. Same experience. Timely and efficient. Highly recommended. more

A/C install in old house 3/20/2019

Celvin and Taz spent two days installing Mitsubishi mini splits in my 100yo house. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. I am happy with the installation and the product. Congratulations to Celvin for moving from install to service team. more
