My sales rep was CurtK. Curt was on time and walked me through how the process would unfold. He was timely w/ responses and assisted with any and all questions. 10/10 would chose Kurt again.
Dam and Sam were my service PROS. These guys were awesome. They showed up on time, introduced themselves with a business card and a hand shake. The entire time they operated inside they wore covers on their boots. When we first started they both walked through a step by step procedure of how the process would unfold as well as recommended how they would run lines, hang the Mitsubishi units, etc. Both Dam and Sam worked quickly and professionally the entire time. I had to step out both days for work meetings and these guys were respectable of my house, and the job. Dam and Sam even helped take care of my dog throughout the two day project. At the completion of the job we went over the operation of the units and both Dam and Sam answered all questions and made me feel comfortable operating the units. There was a final walk through where everything was cleaned up 100%....11/10 would have Dam and Sam work on my house again.
