The outdoor condensing unit was noisier than normal. Our call to Unique Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling was answered quickly and Deborah addressed the scheduling process in a pleasant and professional manner. Our technician (Beshoy) was prompt, courteous and professional. He replaced the fan in our condensing unit and made a few other modifications that significantly lowered the noise level. We are very satisfied with the service and communication we received from Unique. Keep up the good work!
