A C service 6/9/2019

We had what I thought was a small issue with our A C system. I called Unique and that day they were here to get us up and running. Beshoy was our service technician. He explained exactly what he found and showed me exactly what he was doing. It was late on a Friday and hot he didn’t care he was focused on getting the system right. Thank you for your help. Celvin did a great and thorough inspection of our AC. He told me our AC I’d in good shape despite its age. He also replaced the filter. Always great service from this company. more

Cool and Comfortable 6/7/2019

My system is in, and I am enjoying the comfort created by the AC installed in my 100 year old home. My install team was Bruce and Xavier. They deserve to be acknowledged for the work they did for me and my family. They showed up everyday like clockwork, on time and ready to work. Each day they explained what they would be doing and how it may impact me (I spent most of the install period working from home). They helped me undertand the new systems, and how to operate them. I have a large intrusive dog who runs for the door whenever opened. Because they were so careful we did not have any mishaps. I really appreciate the care they took in being in my home and in completing the job. more

AC installation 6/6/2019

Trong and Mansour did a great job with our recent high velocity AC installation. They worked quietly and quickly and were very pleasant, and their cleanup each day was so good you could hardly tell there was any work being done in my house. I would definitely recommend them to other customers. more

Outstanding service 5/29/2019

Dante, Ricky and their team replaced my aging AC and Heating system. They gave a great attention to detail during design and installation of the systems. the crew , lead by Ricky were courteous, and professional. they showed up on time and let me know exactly what they were doing each day. Excellent Service and highly recommend 5/16/2019

Matt came and mapped out the plan for our second floor A/C and was very patient with our questions. Quy and Son came to do the installation and were very accommodating - explaining what they would be doing each day. I work from home and they were all over the house and I hardly heard them. Each night the house was cleaned before they left. The system is quiet and with hot days the air feels great. So happy we went with Unique Indoor Comfort - their product is outstanding and their employees were superb. Thank you Matt, Quy and Son! more

Unique Technician Review 5/15/2019

Celvin was very polite and professional, and he's welcome back in my home anytime. He spent approximately one hour to check the status of my High Velocity Central Air Conditioning unit, and also went onto the roof to take a look at the compressor, and look for any debris that might have accumulated around the unit.Thanks for doing a great job Celvin. more

Maintenance service call 5/6/2019

Travis was very professional and did a thorough inspection of the AC system and explained what he did and replaced the filter. As all Unique employees he was very professional and explained all and very careful not to dirty any part of his work area. Would recommend Unique and have done so. more
