Our 18-year old AC unit needed to be replaced. Soliciting three quotes, I chose Unique Indoor Comfort and could be more confident that this selection was the right one.. Dom and Ron were careful to do complete measurement of our house and carefully listened to my concerns and questions. Their estimate actually addressed in writing their solutions to those concerns. The pre-install inspection, provided by Warren, was thorough and, once again, he listened to me. The installers, Tzong and Estephano, were professional and efficient. They covered our floors with protective cloths. The work went smoothly and not a bit of trash or debris was left behind.
The entire gang provided a truly unique experience in this age when poor craftsmanship has become the norm. They receive my hearty recommendation.
