A/C Installation 6/22/2019

Trong and his assistant, Mansour, finished the installation of the first floor and walk-in basement of the house today. It was a challenge given the home was built in 1876 long before the concept of air conditioning was thought of. Trong met and exceeded any challenge the house threw at him, his work is meticulous with thought to air flow, noise and neatness. His pride in his workmanship is impressive, the perfection that he demands of his assistant is equally satisfying. Trong is certainly the best installer that I have ever experienced in my multiple houses through the years. I will request him for an installation later this year at another property.Very pleased with his workmanship. I rate him a #5, the best. more

Service 6/18/2019

Called Saturday afternoon and surprisingly got Kyle who was very helpful an would have someone to service our hot water problem on Sunday Fathers Day. Mike arrived at designated time and quickly diagnosed the situation and showed us how to get system working until a part needed arrived. He expedited the order. He was very professional and knowledgeable and sympathetic with our problem. He and all Unique personnel are all professional and very customer oriented. Have and will continue to recommend Unique. more

This heating and air conditioning service technician provided us with the information and guidance we needed as he went on to initially inspect our at-home equipment, prior to ok'ing it, for us then to decide (yes or no) to continue on to obtain their 12-months, 24 by 7, maintenance and repair contract. We appreciate his commentary and all the answers he provided to our questions. more

Great Service From A Great Team 6/15/2019

Rico and Tim came out to our house to install a mini split unit on a Saturday. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took care to lay down tarps and cover our furniture before starting the job and cleaned up completely when they were finished. It was great having them work on our house and we love the Mitsubishi unit they installed. Prior to them working our house, we met with Paul from Unique and he was also great. With his knowledge and expertise he was able to recommend what he thought would work best for our house, which ended up being less then we initially anticipated. We are very pleased with the customer service and product provided by the Unique team and would highly recommend them. more

Great Service 6/14/2019

My air-conditioning and heating unit was working fine but it did not do what I had thought I programmed it to do. I spoke to Kyle several times but together we couldn't figure out what was happening. He said he would send out a technician at no charge to diagnose the problem. Beshoy was wonderful. He took the time to explain how both thermostats worked together. My initial understanding of the system was incorrect or I had forgotten how it worked. It is now running well and there was no charge. more

HVAC Installation 6/13/2019

Dam and his assistant (Juan) performed very professionally as they installed my new 3 1/2 ton system with a new condenser and evaporator. Dam explained in detail what he was going to do beforehand and expertly answered all our questions. The installation was seamlessly completed and according to the contract requirements. Dam was able to find a way to run a supply line to our second floor bathroom despite in the past hearing several other contractors tell us it couldn't be done! I was very impressed with Dam's commitment to doing a great job, work ethic, cheerfulness. Juan cleaned up very well each day and ably assisted Dam. My wife and I are very pleased with the workmanship of Dam and Juan and will provide positive word of mouth reviews of our installation to all who will listen. more
