Installation spit unit 7/31/2019

Tony and Mike arrived promptly at 8 am. After a walk thru they started on the installation. They were neat, tidy, quick and thorough. I enjoyed hearing them work together, professional, but joking respectfully and in good spirits. When ready, they cleaned up and explained the system. Thanks Tony and MIke! more

I first met with Mike P to go over my options regarding my new HVAC system. He was very thorough and explained my options (multiple times) to ensure I was selecting what worked best for my family. He so kindly offered two window units while I waited for the installation. The installation took two full days to complete and Dam and Jean were neat, clean, punctual, and professional. The system is working great. Mike followed up with me the next business day to go over any issues or questions I might have. I highly recommend. more

I can't say enough good things about Unique. From Dante's clear explanations and unending patience, to Trong and Monsour installing the central air and Tony and Ab installing the mini split, one could not ask for harder workers, more pleasant people and fabulous service. They worked so hard, and it was so hot, and they just kept going. Everything was done in meticulous fashion. I would recommend to everyone. more

A Job Well Done 7/8/2019

Dam installed our new AC unit and he was considerate, thorough and hard working. He explained everything that he was going to do and how he needed to make a structural change to accomodate the new unit. Afterwards, he cleaned up every bit of dirt, dust and sign that he worked in and outside our home. He even replace the pavers he had to move! He said he has been working for Unique for 16 years and they are lucky to have him! more

Excellent quick honest assessent and service of water heater 7/7/2019

It was a holiday weekend but Unique sent their team member out the next day. He checked the state of the Water Heater very efficiently (and I had googled in advance what to look for) and gave top notch advice and an estimate. I was very pleased and the whole thing cost me nothing since I am on a contract with them. Very pleased! more
