I called to have Tipping Hat inspect some gas lines that showed a lot of rust from water dripping from an old boiler. We knew we needed a new hot water heater, and we the zone valves for the heating system were shot. Liberty offered to replace both the boiler and hot water heater with a Navien combi unit at a very reasonable price. We planned to finish connecting the unit to the hydronic system ourselves, but after we got the Navien unit installed, we decided to let them do it. The cost for that part was a little more than anticipated, though overall, their pricing was still less than the other quotes we received.
Liberty did a great job on the installation. He was very polite and professional, and he was very gracious about letting us watch and ask questions during the installation.
We had some issues getting the unit running without having the hydronic system connected, but that was resolved fairly quickly. The unit was not designed to run without the hydronic system attached, so Liberty found a workaround for that. This wasn't a small job, and he did it largely by himself. I would recommend both Liberty and Tipping Hat PH&E.
