I had what I thought was a minor plumbing issue. Called tipping hat. They came out and explained to me that I had a more serious issue. they referred me to an appropriate company for the more serious repairs I needed. After the serious issues were resolved
Tipping Hat came and fixed my plumbing issue. they stayed with me through the entire process and worked with me on rescheduling on my request. They are great people to do business with and their pricing was excellent and well as the the worked performed. If I have a need for any of the services that they offer I will definitely use
them. I have their business card set aside for future needs. they show up on time do excellent work are friendly and professional. Answered any questions I had.
The service specialist I met in person, Nick and Chris were great as were the office
people I talked with on the phone. It's wonderful to know that a customer oriented business like Tipping Hat exists.
