This morning I noticed our house was cold and our 20 year old furnace just couldn't seem to turn on. We had had Superior Water and Air install a tankless water heater about six months ago and we were so impressed with the service and quality that I called Superior Water and Air to check out our furnace. Because our furnace was so old I was afraid it was time for a new furnace. Levi, was the technician Superior Water and Air sent out to us. He was careful to put on booties over his shoes before stepping onto our carpet and then came downstairs. He educated me about what he would check out and how much everything could cost then he started checking out our old furnace. I am very grateful we only had a dirty flame sensor that he cleaned and checked. He also explained the other checks he performed on our furnace as well as what any replacement parts for our furnace would cost if they broke down, so I will be able to make an educated decision about our old furnace, and how much I would need to save up. I greatly appreciate how Levi explained and educated me on the proper care of my furnace, AC, and tankless water heater. Superior Water and Air is an excellent company to service my home.
