I have been on a regular service plan with Superior Water and Air, but have become dissatisfied with their service. They charge $24 per month to my credit card. A month or two ago I began calling in order to discuss cancelling the service. I left messages at least three times. It was not until I said on my message that my next call would be to the Better Business Bureau that I received a return call. I said I wanted to cancel the service and was told that my card would no longer be charged, and the service would be cancelled. However, on January 15, I received an email indicating that my credit card was again being charged. Their service is poor and then it is difficult to cancel the service.
