I bought my Forester through the Costco car pricing. The salesman and the rest of the staff were knowledgable and very helpful. They bent over backwards to answer all my question...

Worst

Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one...

Not Great 1/26/2015

I spent over $1400 on a 60K service and had a headlight replaced. The headlight was replaced and misaligned so I had to return to reinstall. I also noticed that my oil was a half quart low just after the service and my the water levels in my battery cells were low. I mentioned this to the service rep and that I had already topped off the items I mentioned. No apologies, no offer to remedy the situation or any other concessions were made in spite of the fact I was returning to repair their inadequate service. more

I had been shopping for Subaru Outback for quite some time. Just before I made my move, my wife met a driver who just purchased his outback and he highly recommend that we contact Arthur at South Coast Subaru. I did that and felt pretty and decide to continue working with Arthur. He gave me the best price that I could get. I felt very comfortable working with him. I'd recommend my friends and anybody ask me to do business with Arthur Lee in South Coast Subaru. more

Highly professional and efficient service dept 1/22/2015

The guys at South Coast Subaru do a good job. I have never felt gouged or overcharged by them. They are trying to build repeat business and not just profit. I feel like it's best to take my car to people that are best trained to work on my Outback and not just a regular garage. more

Staff mis-communication 1/16/2015

Mis-communication among staff resulted in my having to wait an additional 30 minutes for my car. I was very displeased. They offered free car detail next time I bring it in but I'll believe it when I see it. Other than that the service desk guy I worked with was nice. more

Someone is always quick to greet me, ask how I'm doing, what is needed, address it quickly, and get me on my way. I never cringe over having to take my car in because it's always been a positive and seamless experience. more

Always have great service here everyone is always nice and helpful. They are honest they tell you what they recommend just like it was there own vehicles and they have great prices oj everything as well. I will continue to have my cars serviced there even through its an hour drive to get there but its worth it everything gets done right the first time. When im ready to purchase a new vehicle I will come here as well sales guys are awesome always looking out for your best interest. more

The youngsters driving the shuttle vehicles aren't the greatest drivers. I would recommend getting a rental for the day instead. more

pleasant,convenient & stress-free purchasing 1/10/2015

I was in the market for a sm-mid sized SUV, so I was visiting several different dealerships (Honda, Toyota, Ford, Mazada, etc)… almost by-passed Subaru. So glad I didn't!!! With in minutes of getting behind the wheel, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the Forester responded & how much of a pleasure it was to drive. The spacious & attractive interior, along w/ the lack of blind spots (unlike so many of the current SUV offerings!), along w/ the attractive exterior drew me in almost w/in minutes. The more I drive my new car, the more pleased I am at having chosen a Subaru! more
