I bought my Forester through the Costco car pricing. The salesman and the rest of the staff were knowledgable and very helpful. They bent over backwards to answer all my question...

Worst

Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one...

Easy appointments 8/12/2015

I called the night before to make an appointment and they were able to take me first thing the next morning. Waited a bit for them to finish my Wrx and I was on my way. more

Excellent Customer Service 8/8/2015

David Garduno is always very helpful and friendly. I recently had a power steering issue that was not going to be covered under the warranty. However, he referred me to Subaru of America and had me create a case. Subaru of America, due to my complaint while I was under the warranty, paid about 85% of the work. I was very pleased to hear the good news. I did not have any communication issues within this period at all. David followed up quickly and was there to help me out with questions. Thanks!! more

Smaller dealership so the experience is more personal 8/3/2015

Matt was very helpful and offered great service from the initial drive up to the end. They didn't have the part the first day so he called and let me know that it wouldn't be done and followed up to see when the part would come in and it got done two days later. more

2016 WRX purchase 7/30/2015

This was my second Subaru purchase from South Coast Subaru, Big Ed was so helpful with the Impreza I bought my daughter two years ago I came back to him for my WRX even though there are several Subaru dealers closer to my home. I wasn't disappointed, he and the other staff I worked with at SCS were really pleasant, professional, efficient and gave me a really good deal. Love my Rex... Thanks Big Ed. more
