I bought my Forester through the Costco car pricing. The salesman and the rest of the staff were knowledgable and very helpful. They bent over backwards to answer all my question...

Worst

Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one...

Great people 9/18/2014

The actual car service was great. I drive 100 miles past other dealers to go to this one. The only thing that was bothersome was there were no trash cans anywhere. Not in the bathrooms or out on the floor. And if you have a Mac computer don't expect to have wifi as it does NOT work with Macs so don't plan on getting anything done on the web. more

I took my 2014 Subaru Forester in for regular scheduled maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, top off fluids, and car wash), and was in and out in about 1 hour. Great job! If you have a Subaru and live near Costa Mesa then this is the place to go. more

Just stopped in to make an apt. for regular maintenance, they were able to get me right in, car was ready at exactly the time they told me. Everyone on the staff was friendly and efficient, and got a car wash to boot! more

they took care of my issues in a timely fashion, even tho i called and scheduled at the last moment. I felt they went an extra step to do right by me. they weren't my dealership, but i would definately go back if i was in the area. more

Ferdie, Matt and Steven work hard for their customers, even though sometimes I have to wait for someone or even a call back for notification on certain things like my car being ready to pick up. But awesome guys never the less.. more

Overall, Southcoast Subaru offers excellent services. I appreciated the knowledgeable service staff, who answered my questions with supportive answers. Lastly, the staff seem to enthusiasts of Subaru dealers, which create a community atmosphere. more

Service good. Cost was not. 8/16/2014

Previously all normal maintenance was covered by my service contract. This time I was charged for my oil change. Didn't dispute it but was disappointed that I was not told in advance. more

They do a good job on service. My only complaint is that sometimes there is only one customer service rep working and I have to wait to drop off or pick up my car. more
