I bought my Forester through the Costco car pricing. The salesman and the rest of the staff were knowledgable and very helpful. They bent over backwards to answer all my question...

Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one...

Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one call back, but get lots of emails asking my opinion. Very disappointing. Worse communications of any dealership I have ever done business with. Really too bad. Maybe I should heeded the reviews before I bought. But really liked Jared. Matt as well the one time I was able to speak to him. more

I enjoy south cost Subaru , but this time was different. Main complaint was the time it took and the fact I was asked about a loner car and after saying yes there was no follow up. Never got that loner and had to make due with out a car. Frustrated more

recent oil change - all was well but they did try to upsell you with all sorts of things (up to the timing belt replacement) and even when denied (I had the timing belt reviewed by my mechanic and its doing good) they will try to explain how bad of a decision you are making. Also after the service in the paperwork they marked that I denied a carwash when it was not even offer or mentioned earlier...so I will keep going to my old Subaru dealer, a bit of driving but that was always great. more

I've owned Cadillacs, Mercedes, and BMWs over the last 10 years and Subaru dealership experience has been on par and even better in some instances with these "premium" brand name dealerships in customer service. more

NO Hastle - No Problems 7/20/2015

i dropped in without an appointment on a Saturday morning and although the service department was clearly busy - I was treated with respect and attended to in a timely manner with an offer of Coffee and Donuts for my son as well. Once my car was taken in, I inquired as to a courtesy shuttle to take me accross town and within 2 minutes a beautiful ACURA pulled up and we were on our way. serviice went well and my car was ready for pick up by noon. This is a low stress, high quality service department. Thanks to all. more
