I bought my Forester through the Costco car pricing. The salesman and the rest of the staff were knowledgable and very helpful. They bent over backwards to answer all my question...

Worst

Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one...

Horrible service experience 10/5/2014

This review is only for the service department. Horrible service. They did not complete the job that i specifically requested. They also did not screw my wheel on tightly after a tire rotation. I will never come back here and a message will be sent to corporate. This was the worst experience with any manager i have ever felt with. more

The service staff is awesome, especially Matt. Always down to earth and nothing like the slimy salespeople. I never felt pressured to buy or fix anything I didn't really need to. BUT my recent problems with my Subaru led me to get rid of it. So I'm no longer a Subaru owner. more

I had my Subaru Forrester recoated due to an accident. Not only was the whole vehicle done to match the area that was hit, the whole vehicle was completely cleaned inside and out. It looked and felt like a new vehicle. The service was fantastic and even though I had my own ride home, I was offered that, too. Also, since AAA Ins. allowed so much for the recoat- the manager made sure to include the tax so nothing came out of my pocket. The job was also done in a timely manner and I was called when it was done. Excellent job! more

Top notch service 9/25/2014

The staff were very helpful and informed me off all the procedures needed to be done, including why and the cost to me. The only thing I would recommend is offering the shuttle service instead of having to ask. more
