Worst

Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one...

Outback Rear-view Camera replacement 3/24/2015

Our Outback rear-view camera was very fuzzy. We contact SouthCoast about replacement and were told we need to prepaid because this is a special part. My wife went there and was told the camera was a third party installed device. She corrected them this is an original equipment that came with the brand new 2012/13 Outback. After almost two weeks of waiting, contact Southcoast again on camera status. This time the service manager called back and told us again that the camera was installed by third party and Southcoast would not support it. I was very upset and explained the original equipment story again. Southcoast spent few more days to verify and ordering parts. Finally got the camera replaced after almost a month of waiting and calling. This is not a happy experience even though the manager gave us a 10% discount. more

Easy, Professional and Fast 3/23/2015

Came in, met with Nelson Bran told him what I wanted, showed him my Costco membership for pricing and test drove a version of the car I wanted. The actual one I wanted was coming in a few days later. Came back when it came in, purchased it and was done reasonably quickly. Everything was easy, professional and fast. I got the exact car I wanted for a very good price and was in and out reasonably fast. Can't ask for much more. more

recent service 3/22/2015

Everyone is so nice and helpful during the service visits. I am still disappointed and unsure what to do about the noise my car makes when I drive it. After the service to fix it, I drove it out of there still making the weird noise. One day I hope we can fix it more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. 3/21/2015

I took my car to get some belts change out and when I pick up my car I had my iPod, iPod charger connecter and my lighter that my girlfriend gave me for are 10 year anniversary. I would never come back here to get any service done to my car in the future. I brought it to the dealer to feel secured because it's a dealership and instead the staff that work on my car are thief. more

Service Review 3/18/2015

Upoin arriving I was greeted immediately and all of my service concerns were addressed quickly. I was provided a shuttle ride back to work and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Ferdie called me about 2 hours later and recommended additional work that was required immediately and other repairs I could do later if I was tight on money. The good news was he called me early enough to arrainge a ride home that night while he had his mechanics repair my Forester. Professional, fair and honest that what I got at South Coast Subaru. more
