I bought my Forester through the Costco car pricing. The salesman and the rest of the staff were knowledgable and very helpful. They bent over backwards to answer all my question...

Worst

Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one...

I went to South Coast to get something checked out on my brand new Forester, which turned out to be AOK. They were able to get me an appointment over the phone that same day, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional. more

Much improved service department 11/18/2014

I've had nothing but positive experiences when working through the service department at South Coast Subaru. I've serviced my 2011 Subaru Forester XT there for a number of years and I'm completely satisfied with their work and professionalism. Prices seem to be competitive from what I've researched. more

Overall good service 11/14/2014

I've been here twice now and it is a pretty good dealership. It's small, quaint and personal. I was surprised to hear that the original 7,500 service would take two hours. I also had them look at an issue. Ended up taking 2.5hours and would've taken another 45 minutes if I'd waited for a car wash. Overall though I found the service provided to be good. more

SCS is my Favorite!!! 11/14/2014

My Service Manager Ferdie and the team at South Coast Subaru always take care of me. I had a lingering problem with my 5EAT transmission and could not diagnose the problem myself, as I'm a car builder and myself. Waited 2 hours past when i was told my car was ready. Come to find out the could not find my car or the mechanic that was test driving it "supposedly". more
