I bought my Forester through the Costco car pricing. The salesman and the rest of the staff were knowledgable and very helpful. They bent over backwards to answer all my question...

Worst

Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one...

I cannot say how appreciative I am to the crew at South Coast. I had an emergency major service that needed to get done during the holidays in order for me to get back on the road to Oregon. They did everything in their power to get that work done well in a short time frame. more

Quick and Easy Service 12/30/2014

Needs maintenance minder stickers and more detail about status of vehicle (% of brakes left, fluid levels, etc.) to give a bigger picture of vehicle status/health. more

Emergency light Diagnostic 12/24/2014

I visited SCS earlier when researching a new Subaru. I found the dealership to be pleasant and professional, informative but without sales pressure. Based on that, and a very good price, we purchased purchase a 2014 Crosstrek limited with Nav and moonroof and were completely happy with the process. Our only complaint has been the very difficult to remove water spots left on the car when it was washed and left to dry in the sun. I would recommend SCS to my friends and family. more

Check Tires 12/11/2014

I did a minor service and everything was smooth. I asked if they would check my tires (which should already be a part of the service). I was assured that they check the tires. The next day the rain kicked up and I felt like my car was all over the place, which never happens. My tire indicator came on. I went to America's Tires (where they check your tire pressure for free) and ALL FOUR TIRES were at 25 PSI. They should be at 35PSI. Dangerous. I am incredibly unhappy and will never take my car back here for service. I'll go to Timmons or Irvine. more
