My only complaint would be that when it took longer than the initial estimate, the day came and went. I would have prefered that someone call me and explain that it would take longer, tell me exactly why it would take longer, and then give me a firm date that I could come to pick up my car.
Also (ok, I guess I have more than one), pictures were only posted on the "Check My Car" feature AFTER I called to ask why there weren't any recent pictures loaded. -this problem happened twice, the first time there weren't any pictures loaded.
The "Check My Car" feature is a great feature. I know of no other companies that have it, and it really sets Shine apart; But, as is often said, "if you're gonna' do it, do it right."
One other suggestion: I would have liked to have a copy with me of the sheet that I initialed and signed, the "Rules and Expectations" for my Loaner Car. Though I did read it carefully, it would have been handy to have around for reference.
