We are very pleased with the service and customer care at Shine 8/3/2010

After finding out that the Cavalier was not covered with our insurance, I could only afford a certain amount of money for repairs. Ellen at Shine worked with us and was able to have the repairs withing the price range we had agreed on. Not only was the damage repaired, the repairmen fixed the glove compartment door as what we asked but then cleaned the tape residue off of the dash where we had taped the door shut. Thank you so very much!! Also to much surprise, Shine had repaired the inside of the doors of the car so they won't rattle any more. I would definetly would recommend Shine to anyone who needs collision repair. Thank you, Keith Pratt more

The service I received was some of the best ever. All the people from Shine were friendly and helpful. They did their best to make a bad situation tolerable. I have never been more impressed. My car turned out beautiful and I left with a smile on my face. more

Auto repairs and replaced parts was explained to me on, what is going to be done and what was done to my vehicle, and it was done very good and in a timely matter as estimated and promised, Manager and staff were very good in welcoming and friendly, hospitality was excellent. Shine under promises and over delivers. I got the car back a day sooner than promised and for a third less money than the insurance authorized. The workmanship was perfect and the customer service is the best anywhere. I have gone to them before and always had the same experience. I would never go anywhere else. more

The guy who contacted me to keep my updated was excellent with his communication. He called with updates and answers to all questions I had. The team that repaired my car did an excellent job and was able to complete my car a couple days in advance to the estimated completion date. I would definitely recommend Shine Collision to anyone in need. more

I love Shine Collision. They were very easy to work with, and best of all, they provided me a free loaner car while mine was being repaired. Their estimate came in lower than a previous one I had received. They got it done sooner than they had said. They took care of everything with my insurance company. They had drinks and snacks in a clean lobby. I recommend them to anyone! more

The repair itself is great, it is the paint that is horrible. The color doesn't match and when I called the store to talk about my concerns, she said that they would only try and fix it one time and one time only. I feel it should be fixed properly, the accident wasn't my fault and I chose your establishment to repair my car. I'm very unsatisfied with the paint job.
