Everyone involved wanted to help.A totally excellent experience. When it came time to pick up my car and return rental, I had broken my foot and could not drive.Sunshines collisions man did not hesitate drove my car over took all my stuff out of the rental car and moved to my car. this was way above the normal course of business . Thank you for your real help!!! more

Way more than expected! 6/9/2010

After being rear-ended on my way to work, I was not excited to visit an auto shop. Fortunately for me, I have friends who recommended me to Shine. All I can say is that they are everything and more. Originally predicted to take four days to repair, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call telling me that my car was ready after only two days. In addition to the fast service, Shine also did a beautiful job, making my scratched up bumper good as new, as well as fixing a slight problem that wasn't part of the accident. I highly recommend visiting Shine for any repairs. more

Shine was great! 6/3/2010

I was really concerned about aftermarket parts and shine went to the manufacturers and price matched all the parts. The extra effort was really appreciated. They also recommneded a difference radiator system other than the used one that they received to install. In all areas the went above and beyond what the were required to do to help me feel comfortable and satisfied with the repair. They called me on the phone and educated me and really worked with me. The staff were all excellent. more

Great service! 5/25/2010

Shine called me when they removed my car's damaged bumper to say they had found more damage and the repair would take about a day longer than they had thought. Then they had it ready a day early anyway! more

Run as fast as you can from this company! Dishonest thieves 5/13/2010

This company stole a table saw and 4 new tires and rims out of my enclosed trailer. They gave us the runaround for three days before finally letting us have access to the trailer - our possesions inside the trailer. I have never dealt with such a rude person with any company before. I will be filing with the BBB and local police Pros: Great fabricated reviews. Cons: Liars and thieves more

Perfect in every way! 5/6/2010

To tell you the truth, when my insurance person recommened Shine Repair facility, I was leary as I had never heard of it. We first drove past it and decided it looked like a professional place of business and not just another "fly-by'night" type thing. We went in and were sold by the professionalism there. They were very helpful, fast and efficient. We appreciated their free loaner car as it was a huge conveince. We are very pleased with your business and would recommend it to others. I especially enjoyed Ellen's outgoing personality. As an added bonus, I look forward to getting a free masage courtesy of Shine Repair. Thank You! more

quick with the quality 4/14/2010

The guys at Shine were very kind and explained things well to a girl who knows nothing about cars! They were quick(less than a week to fix where my car scratched up and dented along a brick wall)but still retained excellent quality. They updated me frequently and worked with me since I was not going through insurance. I would definately recommend Shine. more
