I found the price to be reasonable and customer service was great! I appreciated the loaner car! Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I do, I will be back! more

I have been very, very, impressed with your customer service and repair from start to finish. When I first went to Alstate Insurance and had the estimate performed, they referred me to Shine and made all the arrangements. Alstate also made the arrangements with Enterprise for the car rental. Shine seems to have a excellant relationship with both Alstate and Enterprise, and all seemed to communicate with each other. When I first took my car to Shine they intern called Enterprise for someone to pick me up and arrange for the car rental. When I took the rental car back to Enterprise they not only took me back to Shine, but also called Shine to say I was on my way to them. When I got to Shine they had all the paperwork done, my car ready (washed and cleaned in and out), and ready for inspection. Wo, Wo, what service, plus the repair was done in the time as specified and quoted, and was as good, if not better than new. I have had only 2 automobile accidents that involved my cars (none of them my falt) in 40 years of driving (keep my fingers crossed) and would definatley take my automobiles, and recommend others, to Shine again. everything went well the repair job looks great. The only thing dissapointed was when i picked up the car. I would have liked someone to look over the car with me. And explain what they had done. But this dosent affect the way it turned out. I was happy with the turnout. And would recomend someone to there shop. more

I was referred to Shine by Farm Bureau. I received prompt communication during the first half of my experience. When the due date went over, due to parts not coming in, the communication stopped. We need good news as well as bad eventhough it may be hard to deliver. I still have not heard about my buckles coming in. more

Having an accident is crummy, but Shine really made things go smoothly. They provided me with a free loaner car and gave me frequent updates. The staff is friendly and courteous. Best and most importantly of all is my car drives just like it did before the accident! more

The paint match looks great, the body work looks spot on, and the trunk lid functions just like new. The only issue (albiet minor) was that the bottom lip of the trunk lid didn't line up exactly on both sides. I adjusted the rubber bumpers (one all the way out on one side and the other all the way in on the other) to make it close but not exact. I felt that they should be able to get it very closer without the extreme adjustment in the bumpers thereby leaving room for minor adjustment later to make it perfect. So I took it back in and asked if they had a way of adjusting the lid to make it straght since the extreme adjustment of the rubber bumpers didn't quite do it. There response was that if they tried to get it any closer to straight the lid may not latch right. Although it's not that far off I think the response was very week. I would have given them 5 stars all the way if they'd have taken the time to make the minor correction. Belive me it's not that far off so I may be a little picky and I believe most body shops would not have done as well with everything else so don't let this minor rant stop you from checking them out. Bottom line I would still recommend them. more

Although this was my first time doing business with Shine Collision, I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. They kep me updated on the repair progress of my car and advised of additional repairs that needed to be done so I knew what was going on during each stage of my auto repair. The best surprise of all was the completion of the repair as promised, on time, and the excellent workmanship. I would recommend Shine Collsion to anyone who needs auto repair work done. more

This was the most painless experience I have ever had with any kind of car repair service! They were kind, non-judgmental, provided me a FREE loner car and had my car ready a day early (unlike many places where they end up calling me to give me some story about parts or whatever that requires keeping my car longer). Shine did a great job on the repairs, the rear bumper they put on was for a lower model it didn't have the same body lines, my car is the top of that model. Shine immediately got me the right one more
