Repair to my PT Cruiser 1/13/2011

Jade was clear about what the process for repairing my car was. I was very happy with the whole process. It was the best experience I have had to date getting body work done on a car. I will be using Shine again if my car is in need again. I also loved the no hassle of getting a replacement car. more

Amazing 12/28/2010

My accident was traumatic to say the least but the thought of losing my car was the worst because I was not in a position to replace it. Shine told me it was fixable so to plead my case with my insurance, which I did. The repairs were autorized. Shine did an amazing job with a car that could have easily been totaled and in a shorter time than was even promised. My car looks brand new and runs even better than before. Jade called me every other day to give me an update and give me support. I could not ask for better customer service. Jade felt more like an old friend who really cared. more

"SHINE" are the best in town 12/23/2010

I was referred to Shine from Volkswagon Dealership, since I drive a Jetta. they took care of me, and exceeded my expectations. This guy Geoff, a Progressive Agent, handled my claim very well & kept in touched with me about my car. These guys (SHINE) done an amazing job repairing the body damages to my car. I will most definitely use them again. Thank You Shine more

They were very friendly and helpful. It took a couple days longer than expected, but that was just due to a part having to be ordered. Otherwise, they were friendly and easy to work with. more

I went to Shine after being in an accident that was the fault of the other driver. My insurance company recommended Shine for the estimate and repairs, and that's who I chose. They made what could have been a very frustrating experience easy for me. They, along with my insurance company representative, arranged for everything. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful, and the repairs done look great. I was very pleased that they even cleaned the interior of my car for me and set my clock to the correct time! I will certainly use their service again for any auto body repair needs I may have in the future. more

I was very impressed with the level of customer service. They called me with any updates on my car and I am pleased with the results. They also did all the work. I didn't need to call for a rental or submit to my insurance. It was all taken care of for me. more
