review on my vehicle 12/14/2009

i rear ended someone about a month ago and there was clear damage to the front end. so i went to Shine Collision Repair Inc. and they got the job done faster then i expected. i sent it in on a tuesday and i got it later on that week on friday. they made it seem as if no damage was done to the front end of my car. i was really happy with the work that was done to the car. i recommend everyone uses this auto body shop if they need any repairs done. more

Great 12/4/2009

Shine was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process ahead of me. I had to deal with a third party insurance company, a rental car etc. I had never dealt with that before, they knew the process and walked me through it. Not only did they help make the process less painful, they did a spectacular job on my car. It was done ahead of schedule and looks perfect. They even cleaned my car inside and out! I have two kids and my car was TRASHED. I heart them. more

Shine was great. They followed up every couple of days to help me schedule a time, they were honest and clear as to how everything would work and what it would cost. They got me in and out fast and they cleaned my vehicle inside and out before they gave it back to me. more

The whole staff at Shine Collision Repair Inc. on Midland Dr. in Ogden, are great with their communication about the time to do the repairs and how the repairs are going. I had work done by Jade. He was extremely professional. Very friendly, stayed in contact on a regular basis to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. The work was done quickly and beautifully. I would definetly recommend Shine Collision repair if ever needed again. Thanks to all who was involved in making my experience a welcoming one. more

Each and every employee I dealt with was awesome! From the initial phone call I was treated kindly, with respect, and the service was above anything I have ever experienced before in the service industry. They were prompt, did what they said and I felt like I was an important customer and not just another job. I would unhesitatingly refer them to anyone I know. I have been a customer of Shine Collision Repair Inc. for 20 years and am very satisfied. Finding a good mechanic or body shop is not easy, it is like finding a good doctor. Shine is a good, honest body shop. I trust them and know that they are not trying to gouge me or get me to pay for things that do not need to be fixed. I initially started using them because I worked for a national company that had fleet cars. When there was damage to one of the cars, they sent me to Shine Collision Repair and I was satisfied with the work that was done. I have continued using them because of the quality of their work, their integrity and honesty. Their prices also are very competitive and they are good people to work with -- nice and cheerful. Five Star Service and Repair 11/21/2008

Over all I had a great experiance with shine collision, I will defiantly get all of my repairs done there from now on. I was worried to take my car in because I didn't have a back up to drive but they offered me a free loaner car! Great Car Repair and Service 11/20/2008

I was worried at first when getting my car repaired because I have no car experience, but when I dropped off the staff treated me so well and I know I didn't get taken advantage of. The repair was also fast and flawless. I am very pleased and I will be taking all of my vehicles there for every repair. more
