SHINE TOWING REPAIR (with Collision) 2/16/2011

Tracy at Shine TOWING (If I were Collision -I would get rid of him) deeply hurt us. I would NEVER work with him again. Our son died, and he had his car. For over 2 weeks, knowing he passed away, he would NOT give us his car, and finally - he relented, after I BEGGED for it. (He just wanted more money...really)??? After charging us $600 and even having someone from SHINE""S COLLISION tell me how sorry they were - he wasn't part of them - Tracy also included a charge of $175.00 to tow the car - and the NEXT DAY we got a certified letter saying the charge was $145.00. How do you sleep at night, Sir?? I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to one of your children. We were willing to pay the fee from the get go - you are a loan shark - nothing more. Sandy City Police will get a letter of complaint - and NO one should use TRACY at SHINE TOWING. more

not 100 percent satisfied 2/14/2011

There were a few things wrong with my car upon pickup. The technitian talking to us didn't seem to really care that there were problems with my car. Examples some of the paint job wasn't done well. My interior light does not come on now with the new door they put in and their is some kind of substance on my interior window and car that won't come off that wasn't there before. more

I have gone to Shine twice now for body work and have been very pleased with both jobs. The employees are very friendly and easy to talk to. They have helped me find the most cost effective ways to repair my vehicle, and I really appreciated it. more

Great experience with Shine Collision 2/12/2011

I had to take my car in for repairs due to a bowling-ball size dirt clod that came off the back of a semi. Shine personnel were very friendly, get me posted on repairs with pictures, and had a loaner car that I was able to use for a few days. Truly a great experience. more

Have used more than once because of their exceptional service! 2/10/2011

As a woman I hate dealing with stuff relating to cars. I loved Shine Collision. I was treated with respect and exceptional service. Everyone from the front desk to the ride home and to those who worked on the car did everything they said they would, the price was fair and I left feeling happy - not frustrated! I loved it! I even thought about bringing them homemade cookies because I liked the service so much. I should still do that! more

I was very impressed how on top of things they were !!! I received 2 picture emails a day showing me the progress if my car. Phone calls letting me know the status. It was the best customer service I have experienced and my car looks 10 times better and I wouldn't have asked for anyone better to go to !!! more

Excellent service 2/9/2011

Shine Collision was a great company to work with. They were very friendly as soon as I walked in and jumped right into looking at my car for me. Once they took a look at it they quickly got a quote together with me and went through it. They were more than happy to answer every and all questions I had. After I got approval from my insurance company they got right on getting me scheduled to drop off my car and to have a free loaner car ready for me to use. They kept me updated with pictures on the internet and phone calls. They did great work and I'm very happy with the results. more

I like their customer service. They are friendly and professonal. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is just as I want it and always say if something isn't right let them know, remeinding me of the guarantee on the work performed. They even clean my car when I didn't bring it in clean to begin with. more

The repair on my vehicle was completed to my complete satisfaction and on the day scheduled. One item that was found which had not been on the insurance estimate was covered without any problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Shine Collision Repair in Ogden to others, or to use them again myself. more
