All of the people I dealt with at Shine Collision Repair inc. were very nice and easy to work with. My car was in an accident which crunched in the front and drivers side of my car. When they were done fixing it, you couldnt tell it had ever been in an accident. more

Whereas the insurance company was fighting me (the injured party) on every front, Shine played the opposite role of support and making things right. 9/21/2010

Jade Kelsch deserves special mention for his attempt to find all options for me to pursue to get my vehicle properly/adequately fixed and funded by the insurance. Jeff was very courteous and friendly at the lobby desk. Darian was very friendly and efficient in preparing a rental for my use. Overall, I had a good, good experience with Shine at 3218 S. West Temple. more

Excellent and prompt communiction. No delay in helping me out. They were right there to help me the day of my call to get a loaner car and get my car picked up. They called me several times to let me know what the status was of the repairs and also to see if I needed anything. The time it took to fix my car and get it back to me was terrific (less than 7 days). The loaner car was a fantastic service. I was impressed with the ease, time and the service (body work) and the service (customer service). Thank you so much. more

Jeff at Shine made our car repair experience a very easy and non-painful one! He provided a free loaner car, communicated with the insurance company on all changes that were required, kept us up to date with what was happening, and got it all done in the time he had estimated! I've had cars repaired before, but this is the best group and one I can highly recommend! more
