I have been going to Scott Clark Toyota for about 7 years, but stopped going for about 2 years after moving. I decided to go back after receiving a coupon in the mail for oil chan...

Worst

This place is terrible. I do not recommend them at all. They have tried to screw me when I went it to buy a new car. Shady SHADY SHADY People.

My van had an easy fix; however, it is an adapted van which muddied the water. Wesley Rasmussen was my service advisor and took the bull by the horns. He coordinated the process with the Ilderton Conversion Company's service manager here in Charlotte. The failed part turned out to be a Toyota supplied part, which was replaced. Due to the conversion it was not in it's normal location. Ilderton will compensate for the additional labor required to fix the problem.\r Wesley did a great job to get me back on the road. more

I'm already in my second Prius (I bought my first one in 2004). So I can say that Fred Caspary has been ""my service concierge"" for ten years. He is truly excellent. He is so good that when he moved to Scott Clark Toyota I only lasted one more service visit to ""the other"" dealership, and followed him to Scott Clark. He listens very carefully to my needs concerns (including costs), and always makes sure that I'm ""completely satisfied"" at the best possible cost and time. And his sense humor (plus the courtesy car-washing and the manicure :-) ...) makes servicing my Prius a very pleasant experience. I will surely buy and service my next Prius in Scott Clark. \r \r Enrique S. more

Shirley Wood and Scott Clark make a great team! 1/25/2015

I always get treated like royalty at Scott Clark Toyota and this past Saturday was no exception. Shirley Wood had my service order written up quickly, got the service completed efficiently, and then came an got me personally in the lounge where I had coffee watched TV in a comfortable quiet area, She had my complete service and state inspection completed in record time and my car came back looking as though it had just been through a hand car wash. Even the road film was gone from the windows. 5 stars to Shirley and the Scott Clark Toyota team. more

When my husband or I take our Toyotas in to Scott Clark Toyota for service we always ask for Archie Newton in the service department and have for many many years ever since we met him. I am on my 3rd. Toyota, a 13 year old Rav4, and my husband is on his first Toyota Tacoma. Archie is very trustworthy and caring and always takes great care of our vehicles and any concerns that we might have. We never worry and I am the type of person who is VERY PARTICULAR about my car.. I called on Friday morning, the day after Christmas, and they were able to still squeeze me in. Spoke with Billy Carroll and he was very helpful. I waited on my car and they were able to do a diagnosis of a misfire I was having with my 4runner. Since I work on my own cars a good bit I had some additional questions so he was nice enough to call the mechanic up to speak with me about the problem. Most dealerships would just say they didn't know and not bother to have the mechaninc come up to talk to me but Billy did. \r I also went in to just inquire about a part and they again took me into the shop area where i could talk to the mechanic. It was a specific sized bolt that i needed to remove a brake rotor so they gave me one of theirs. I've had nothing but good experiences with Scott Clark Toyota. more

Its great dealing with Fred Caspary. I've been buying Toyotas since 1990. Great cars that almost take care of themselves. When I do need service, Fred is the man! Always a smile and a professional demeanor. He follows up on any work I've had done. He's a great member of the Scott Clark team. more

Justin Bustle was my service manager and has been for some time. He always gets my car serviced as quickly as possible, informs me of necessary repairs and I trust his judgement. I've learned to make service appointments on Tuesdays because there is less of a wait. So I called to make a Tuesday appt. for an overdue oil change. But it was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. It could take up to 3 hours. I brought work to do and resigned myself to wait. \r \r I always deal with Marshall Moore. I like working with Marshall because he has a ""can do"" attitude. He looks for a way to get things done instead of saying ""we can't."" And Marshall is genuine and personable. He remembers me when I call and come in. He calls me by name and we trade bits of family news as we fill out paperwork. I feel like Marshall has my interests at heart and looks out for me. He said he'd do what he could to speed the process. In 1 hour 45 minutes I was driving off the lot and received a discount to boot! \r \r I come to Scott Clark Toyota because of people like Marshall Moore. more
